We stayed two nights there and the pool/spa was much appreciated. The rooms were clean and staff was very helpful. It made the college visit trip much less stressful.

Positives: Great; quiet rooms!

Negatives: When you run out of coffee, have a backup plan.

I was pleased with the staff and the hotel being clean and the hosts where very nice but as I said before the noise was bad for about an hour after midnight a lot of kids running up and down the halls upstairs other than that I was happy with everything else but need bigger coffee pots for sure in the rooms.

Positives: It was clean and nice one of the better ones I have stayed at lately.

Negatives: The noise after midnight but had a lot of kids staying that first night wasnt the hotels fault but annoying it was.

The Comfort inn is definitely a hotel that I would stay in again if I visited Onalaska WI.

Positives: It was quiet with very friendly staff. Had hot tub/pool.

Negatives: Parking was limited.

This hotel was excellent and we would stay there again easily. It was convenient and friendly with a nice breakfast.

Good offering for the money paid. The "complimentary breakfast" consisted mostly of cereal and rolls and was pretty pathetic. Rooms were nice and clean. Very easy to hear noise from neighbors though.

Overall was a great experience. The continental breakfast was very good. I liked the location for what we were doing in Onalaska and it was far enough away from the freeway that you did not have a lot of traffic noise.

Positives: It was conveniently located for what we wanted to do.

Negatives: The beds could have been made a little neater.

The hotel was fine. It was a decent standard hotel. My first room had ants and I was moved to a second nonsmoking room that smelled a bit like smoke. Besides the ant sitting it was very clean.

Positives: Liked having a fridge and microwave n the room.

Negatives: A nonsmoking room smelled pretty smoky.

You get many amenities (pool. Jacuzzi, easy on/off highway, continental breakfast. Would highly recommend!

Have always enjoyed this particular stop when we could arrange it. Must be emphasizing efforts to the accommodating staff. They appear to have a desire to upgrade themselves in the company.

Very clean, good size rooms w/ micro and fridge. Had no issues with staff. Accepted larger dogs, which was a plus b/c we were there due to an unexpected death in family. Close to grocery store and restaurants.

Negatives: A little noisy due to freeway being close. But was not bad.

This hotel has a lazy or understaffed cleaning crew. We could not early check-in and even at the stated check-in of 3pm, our room still was not ready.
