Great hotel for business stays in downtown Milwaukee. Convenient to restaurants, theater, conventions. Very strong location, quality staff.

Overall, the room was cozy and the beds were very comfortable if like pillow tops. We all had an enjoyable experience even with young children.

Positives: Very friendly, would recommend this to travelers - good location.

Negatives: I found a shopping bag with dirty underware - there was no pool.

Plenty of entertainment within walking distance. Hotel is beautifully renovated. No experience with bar/restaurant.

Positives: Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Staff very friendly.

Nice hotel a bit overpriced for a room and drinks were pricey too. Had to pay for Internet connection.

Positives: Bed was comfortable.

Negatives: Price.

The hotel should be a 3 star, but the staff a 5 star.

Positives: The staff were outstanding.

Negatives: The location is a 5 star.

Only had room with king bed, we needed two beds then they wanted to charge 30 dollars for a rollaway bed. Location was great for Bradley Center and restaurants in area were good.

Positives: Location.

Negatives: Had to move to different room.

I've stayed at this hotel a couple times over the years. It's very clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is friendly. The hotel is very centrally located downtown and is within walking distance of many attractions. Parking is a little sluggish for in/out purposes (and, as with all downtown hotels, spend). I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Positives: Great hotel for a great price.

Negatives: Parking is somewhat confusing.

This is a great hotel. I would recommend to anyone staying in Milwaukee. For reference purposes I usually stay at Ritz Carlton's.

Positives: Very Modern Hotel. Great location. Great Hotel. Flat screen in room

Negatives: Paying 23.00 for parking... understandable because we are in the city.... don't have to like it.

Great hotel. The staff in the business center was awesome. He really went out of his way to make sure we understood the computers and related printers, etc...Nice guy!

Positives: Very clean hotel with friendly, accommodating staff.

Negatives: Ventilation system our room was very poor. Room was very "stuffy".

Decent hotel, but not 4 star in my opinion. A nice getaway but I'm glad I paid a Priceline price!

Positives: Location.

Negatives: Beds were not comfortable. Poor sink design.

Good location, if you are looking for quiet, and look elsewhere.

Positives: The room was dark.

Negatives: Too noisy with a lot of drunk people carrying on till very very late or very early into morning. I did ask for another room. They did accommodate.

Awesome rooms. Very clean. Very responsive staff.

Positives: All staff was wonderful.

Negatives: Concierge recommended we go to a bar called trinity for live music. Every person in the bar was 25 or under. I'm 43!

This was a nice hotel in downtown Milwaukee within walking distance of darn near anything you could want to do within the city. However, unfortunately, there was no pool to be found, and parking was at a premium, costing a mint!

Positives: Large spacious room.

Negatives: No pool & no parking.

The Hyatt in downtown Milwaukee is excellently located (close to theaters, stadium, Old World Third St., etc.), clean and comfortable. The staff during my visit was helpful and friendly, day and night. There's an upscale restaurant on premises. In the room, my bed was great, the complimentary toiletries were high-quality (even toothpaste was included), and the bathroom, though small, was fully functional, with good heat and water pressure in the shower. Downsides include the outrageously expensive parking (at $23 per day for guests, you're better off parking on-street and getting up in time to feed the meter by 8 a.m.), the lack of a pool (not unusual for downtown Milwaukee, and the hotel's fitness room is pretty good), and the charge for use of Wi-Fi in the room (free Wi-Fi is available in the lobby, and if you start there, you can leave your computer on while you ride up the elevator and continue to access the Internet for free. My computer could connect from the 16th floor atrium overlooking the lobby). Although each room has a control center for your electronics (outlets, an HDMI port to connect your laptop to the big TV, and so on), the hotel does not have HDMI or other cables available -- so bring your own, or this feature will be useless to you.

Positives: Clean room, comfortable bed, lovely toiletries and a

Negatives: Outrageous parking fee, charge for Wi-Fi in the room, no pool, convenience store items significantly overpriced.

My friends and I were on a girls night out and I guess we were expecting a little more than we received from this hotel. It was clean, the staff was friendly, but for what we paid we thought it could have been a little nicer. No outlets near the mirror in the room, only in the bathroom. We had to have housekeeping come and change the duvet, it hadn't been washed and it looked like makeup was all over it. They came right away. Disappointed that the room did not have a fridge or microwave. We were also quite disappointed that there were no vending machines to buy a sweet treat and the store in the hotel was closed before 8 p.m. No complimentary breakfast, but there were restaurants nearby.

Positives: The staff was very friendly and accomodating, convenient location.

Negatives: The room was small and there were no vending machines to buy a snack, only drink, store closed before 8 p.m.

This hotel was very nice, but we were very disappointed that hotel did not have a pool. The initial service at the front desk was terrible. The rest of the staff was very helpful. We had to pay for the parking.

Positives: Nice bathrooms and quiet.

Negatives: It didn't have a pool, very expensive breakfast, no view, downtown, so parking issues and fees.

Was shocked that I could get such a beautiful room at such a low price. The room was beautifully decorated, as well as the bathroom. Was also happy there was a safe in the room. The atmosphere was very peaceful. I was so happy there was a shuttle to the casino, so I did not have to drive in a unfamiliar area. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Positives: The room & bathroom was beautiful. I was very impressed.

Negatives: Having to pay for parking.
