The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The service was excellent. The continental breakfast was superb. The pool and whirlpool were clean and relaxing at the end of a very long day!

Positives: The continental breakfast far exceeded our expectations, and the pool and whirlpool were fantastic!

Negatives: Absolutely nothing!

I was extremely impressed with this hotel, considering that it was labeled a 2.5 star. The beds were great, entire location clean and every staff member nice and helpful. For women traveling alone, the parking lot was well lit and plenty of shopping and food options nearby.

Positives: Great pool and hot tub, decor was nice and comfortable.

Negatives: Initially, it was difficult to find the right exit from the highway.

Location is pretty far away. I liked the small exercise room, the pool, and the available computers. I did not like that there was limited cable, no micro or refrigerator, nor that they put families next to me, a single. Also, when I had to leave at 4am. no one was at the desk to give my key to no bell, no one answered when I knocked.

Positives: Exercise equipment, though limited, available at decent times, computers available.

Negatives: Too limited cable selection. No local newspaper, during my stay as single, 2 different families next to me and thin walls.

The hotel was beautiful. A little hard to find though despite being just off of the interstate. But well worth the effort. The pool area was nice but no baby area and it was a smaller pool. But the hotel was very clean and the rooms are wonderful.

Positives: Beautiful.

Negatives: Geared more for business than family.

Clean, comfortable hotel in a good location. Friendly staff. Great complimentary breakfast served during hours that are convenient to most travelers (6-10 am).

Exceptional value! Since I travel a lot I know how rare it is to find a clean comfortable room. Over all I was very pleased and would stay again.

Quick service. Warmly decorated. The lobby was very well appointed. Modern art feel. The bed is so comfortable. I always sleep my best at a Hampton Inn.

Positives: The room was warm, inviting and comfortable.

Negatives: I could hear some kids in the hall when we were trying to relax.

Was pleasantly surprised to find the hotel a bit luxurious. The decor was very modern and sleek. Very comfortable and wished I had stayed longer.

Nicely decorated and very clean hotel with fee high speed internet access, easily accessible from Interstate 90. Nice continental breakfast in the morning.

Nice hotel that has been well renovated. Small rooms but very comfortable. Good pool, nice breakfast.

Pleased with the hotel. It is an all around good place to stay. It's not luxurious or fancy, but it is clean and looks nice. The breakfast was good for a continental style breakfast. The business center was useful for checking e-mail, though one of the two computers had a monitor that was on its way out. double/blurry images. The exercise room was small, but had new equipment. Pool area looked nice, though I didn't use it. Staff was fantastic and friendly. The location is a little tricky to find at first. Overall, I am pleased with my stay.

Positives: Nice breakfast, clean rooms, great staff, all around good hotel.

Negatives: Didn't like being placed in a two double room when I'd asked for a king room.
