Location was great. Staff friendly and courteous. Most of all, the room was quiet!
Positives: Quiet room! Excellent breakfast, and very friendly staff.
Negatives: No pool.

This is a basic older hotel/motel on the outskirts of Madison. Wisconsin has recently become a non-smoking state for lodging, but you must beware that even though all rooms are non-smoking now, they haven’t always been and still reek of tobacco. I had to ask for a different room because the smoke smell was so strong. Having said that, the manager quickly upgraded me to a larger, totally non-smoking room. The room had a very large tub, fridge, micro and extra bar type sink. Basic linen on the beds. It is priced right for the accommodations offered.

This hotel was attractively decorated in the main areas, room was spacious with nice bed and bath linens. We liked the fact it had a refrigerator that allowed us to keep dinner leftovers and beverages cold.
Positives: Room was changed to meet our needs cheerfully.
Negatives: Needing a ticket to eat breakfast in the am.

Nice place to stay and not too far from downtown Madison. Near a nice mall and plenty of good restaurants around the area.
Positives: The location was nice for the price, we got a free room upgrade too.
Negatives: Room could have been a little updated in decor and lighting.

Very nice, clean rooms. Would not hesitate to stay in the king-suite on upcoming trips.
Positives: The suite was exactly what I look for in long-term stays. Wireless internet also nice.
Negatives: The location is a bit to far from downtown Madison.

The room was nice and large with kitchen facilities, couch and King size bed. It also had a nice exercise room. This hotel is within walking distance of Town West shopping center.
Positives: Breakfast was great.
Negatives: Smoking in hall caused smoke to get into our room.
