We found this hotel to be clean, the staff were very friendly, the room was comfortable in all ways except for the lumpy pillows.

Positives: There were plenty of clean towels, small shampoo, cream rinse and mouthwash.

Negatives: The pillows were old and lumpy. Also, breakfast wasn't included. There was a buffet available for $5.95.

The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Good hotel, but the star rating was a little high.

Positives: Price and location to the interstate.

If you get a quiet group in the hotel it is good value. If (as is often the case) you get a night when there are ball teams staying, you get marauding, noisy teenagers who are not supervised by parents or staff. This makes for a terrible stay.

Positives: Good location (near highway).

Negatives: Booked with large groups of noisy unsupervised teenage team members.

My wife and me enjoyed our stay. We were just looking for a way to get away for a couple days and the hotel filled that niche. The hotel was relatively close to the places we wanted to go. We had a bit of an issue finding it but we found our way. The room was nice and bedding was clean. Staff seemed nice...I got a dollar stuck in one of the pop machines and the young lady helped me with it.

Positives: Nice spa and pool. Room was clean and very nice.

Negatives: Spa had a bit of dirt build up on the floor.

For the price, it was what I expected. The pool was under construction, the stairwells were somewhat dingy and dark. The rooms were larger than a lot of hotel rooms I have stayed in. I would stay there again.

Positives: Tthe price.

Negatives: Swimming pool closed, stairwells were dark and dingy.

Fine for a 1-star hotel. The room had a very strong musty odor. Staff was friendly.

Positives: Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Negatives: The room had a very strong musty odor that did not go away despite using the air conditioning which we did not want to use because it was cool outside.

Unacceptable. The non-smoking room was obviously smoked in. The Internet block was full.

Good for a quick trip, in and out, just sleeping. I wouldn't hang out at the hotel. People were friendly and it was easy to get to off the interstate.

The hotel actually made my mother and I sick. The mold in this place must be really bad because my mother does not have allergies. The mattresses have stickers on them for a rotation schedule but the hotel obviously does not rotate them because the exposed stickers were for Jan Feb Mar, not to mention the fact the mattresses had obvious indentations when you walked in the room. We had a hotel worse than this one in Florida and we ended up paying to stay in another hotel because the conditions were so bad and even though I wrote to you about it, you never responded.

Positives: Restaurant.

Negatives: Musty smell, mold, uncomfortable beds.

Hotel was not easy to get to you from the highway, but it was clean and comfortable.

All the water in the building was shut off for a day. Was waked up by repair men being noisy at 7am. Had poor service in the restaurant on more than one occasion. Had the fire alarm go off at 4am for a malfunction. Was unable to receive cell phone signal from in the room/hotel. As well as the reasons above, I was not very happy with my stay and would look for somewhere else to stay if I return.

Positives: Having a restaurant in the hotel.

Negatives: The service I received on a couple visits to the restaurant was terrible.

The hotel wasn't done yet, no mini bars. Housekeeping was not up to par. Bedding was awful. Service was lacking.

Hotel is good overall but needs some updating. Bathroom was clean and recently updated in the tub area so not a problem. Convenience of microwave and fridge in room a plus.

In the past, we as a family have been sadly disappointed with Days Inn hotels. HOWEVER, our faith was renewed in this chain because of our stay at the Days Inn, La Crosse. As I stated earlier, they were polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and cheery. Everything was great.

Positives: Staff was very helpful and friendly. All requests were fulfilled quickly and courteously.

Negatives: Somewhat difficult to find.

The Days Inn in Lacrosse was conveviently located and our room was large, nicely decorated, and very clean.
