It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It is also close to shopping, restaurants, and the National Railroad Museum. The continental breakfast wasn't bad. They had several options, including two hot items (make-your-own waffles and biscuits with gravy.)The pool needs to be updated. There was quite a bit of rust and some crumbled concrete at the bottom. There are also only two ladders to get into the pool, which made it really difficult to enter with our seven month old daughter. But the facilities were clean and towels were well stocked. There was a larger "mini-fridge" as well as a microwave in our room, which was very convenient. Both were clean, although I had to move the heavy cabinet they were in to plug the fridge back in. When I did, I found some lost cat toys and what looked like gerbil food underneath. I wouldn't expect housekeeping to move the cabinet with every room cleaning, but someone obviously moved it to unplug the fridge. And the toys were pretty visible underneath so it should have been cleaned at that time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Positives: The room was very clean and the hotel was pretty quiet.

Negatives: There was rust and crumbling cement in the pool, and lack of stairs made it difficult to get in and out.

This was a nice, clean place to stay. We were in and out and didn't spend much time there. We didn't have time to use the pool or enjoy other amenities offered.

Positives: The desk staff was friend and very nice. The beds were comfortable.

Negatives: My only complaint was maid service banging on the door before 9:00 am.

Comfort Inn Green Bay has much bigger rooms than others of the Comfort Inn chain. The sunrise breakfast is a step above the typical continental breakfast, and very plentiful. The staff was very friendly, and the computer in the lobby for the guests to use was very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Positives: The room was big, with a couch, minifridge and microwave.

Negatives: The bedspread and a cushion of the couch had small stains.

This Hotel is in the heart of Green Bay. Anything you need is right there. The Staff was very helpful. Gave us all the information we needed and more. I'm a Bears fan but, Lambeau Field is not far from here.

Positives: The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Pleasant hotel with clean rooms and pleasant staff. Pool and public areas were small and crowded when others were present.

Positives: Room and bed were clean and comfortable.

Negatives: Pool was small and with several children in it was not comfortable for adults.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and courteous. The pool was small and a little chilly.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. There was no elevator and the stairs were at the far ends of the building which were inconvenient. On the second evening, we parked at the end where our stairway was and could not open the outside door with our room key, so we had to walk around outside in the wind and cold to the office to let them know. It was about 11 pm, we were tired and upset. We were told we didn't inset the key properly and that was why it wouldn't work for us. We used the stairway at farther end of where our room was and when we arrived at our door, our room key still wouldn't work, so we had to walk back downstairs to get the room key reprogrammed. I liked the hotel except for the lack of an elevator and the location of the stairways.

Positives: The room was clean and comfortable.

Negatives: There was no elevator and stairs were at the far end of side of the hotel. Very inconvenient!

Okay, remodeled older hotel, nothing special, but clean and quiet. Good for someone who wants nothing more from their hotel experience than a clean bed for a few hours.

Positives: Ok for one night.

Negatives: No elevator, lots of luggage, and 2nd floor room.

Staff was friendly. Called a cab for me. Quiet, clean room. All of the area hotels should get a shuttle organized to share.

Positives: Great selection for continental breakfast and it was quiet.

Negatives: Didn't have a shuttle service to airport. Cost me $30 in taxi to and from.

Staff was wonderful. The girl at the front desk recommended places to see and eat. When I got sick (morning sickness) she even brought me bagels and fruit, even though the breakfast bar was closed. We really appreciated it! Wish hotel staff everywhere smiled as much as she!

Positives: When I got sick the front desk girl was very accommodating!

Negatives: Wasn't easy to see from highway, but we found it!

We HIGHLY recommend this hotel! The room we had was a tad small, but we had two very comfortable Queen size beds, a big television with tons of cable channels, a mini-fridge AND microwave. The pool is open until midnight for adults and was the perfect temperature. The hot tub was huge and wonderfully relaxing. The staff was amazingly nice. The Continental Breakfast was THE best we've ever had-cereal, muffins, waffles, eggs, toast, English muffins, donuts, rolls, OJ, coffee, tea, apple juice and more!

Positives: We couldn't believe all the "perks" with this stay! LOVED IT!

Negatives: That we didn't book a room there before now!

Very clean, very nice room with a suite arrangement in a single bed room. They had a couch, micro and refrig, for a very reasonable price. They also had a very nice pool and spa area, very unexpected.
