The Breakfast Buffet was great @ $8.00, free wi-fi, clean and roomy rooms, the staff was kind and attentive. They jumped right on the plumbing issues we had in the room. The pool area and exercise room was also well-kept and inviting :)

Positives: Kind staff, great location- Excellent Sub restraunt across the street!

Negatives: The plumbing was acting up- the tub drained very slow and the toilet flushed slowly too.

Great room and the staff was nice, but I was frustrated with the fact that there was no free breakfast...not even a bowl of cereal. I stay at 3 star hotels all across the country and almost all of then offer at least a portion of their breakfast for free

The hotel was attractive, beautifully maintained, and pleasant. We enjoyed a movie, the very comfortable bed and excellent maid service. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The Courtyard by Marriott is exceptionally clean. The decor and furnishings are a step up from economy chains. That's what makes this a treat.

Positives: I have stayed here before and I like how clean and attractive it is.

Negatives: It's pretty far away from the east side, where I have family members I regularly visit.

This comfortable business oriented hotel met our expectations of a 3 star rated hotel. Our room had a flat panel<BR/>TV without high definition. Our extremely comfortable bed could not have been better. Not especially close to the major freeway may be an inconvenience to some.

Positives: Clean, comfortable beds, and quiet atmosphere.

Negatives: Cancelled our room keys before we were checking out.

The hotel was excellent for the price that we received. I didn't expect a swimming pool or a work out room, but they had both which was a nice surprise.

Hotel was clean. Lobby had gas fireplace running. Large flat screen TV in separate area. Coffee available in lobby at all times. Rooms were comfortable &amp; quiet. Easy access to ice machine and elevator. Enjoyed having a small couch and desk area separate from bed. I went to sleep. Hubby stayed up and enjoyed TV.

The hotel was fine, but I don't think it should be considered a 3 star. It is older with a few modern remodeled elements. The sink had no space to handle makeup bag and toiletry bag. The worst part was the thin walls and that I could hear people talking very early in the morning. It is also in a strange location off of a busy street and not near any dining.

Positives: Staff was friendly and the room was clean.

Negatives: The walls were very thin and could hear people in the next rooms and upstairs having conversations.

I travel to Milwaukee often each year and I will be staying there for each visit. I have already recommended the hotel to family and friends. It was not far from my mother's house. The staff was friendly.

Positives: The beds slept wonderful. The atmosphere was great and quiet.

Negatives: The room smell like cigarette smoke. I didn't ask for non smoking room. o refrigerator and no continential breakfast.

The hotel met our needs for the trip and we were able to smoke on our own personal balcony which was nice. I did appreciate the friendly staff that was more than willing to accommodate us with anything we needed. I did not like how far away the hotel was from where we wanted to be, but that was not the hotels fault. Fast check in/out, clean facility's and friendly staff.

The best thing that pleased us is that when we had car trouble and had to delay a day to have repairs made, the hotel changed the date that we could arrive. This was absolutely fabulous and the hotel needs to be commended.

We stayed here while my daughter participated in an athletic event. It was very clean, which is my #1 criteria for a hotel. They achieved the fastest check in process I ever experienced at a hotel. There was an enormous Snowbank that blocked the view turning from the highway into the hotel parking lot. Though we did not use it, the pool areas were very small and we would not stay here if that was important to us. Otherwise, it met all our requirements.

Positives: Fastest check in me has encountered.

Negatives: Small pool, choice of carpeting in the room.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is in a good area although quite always from the freeway. The only problem I had was with the housekeeper that knocked on my door even though I had a do not disturb sign on the door.

This hotel was among the best I have ever stayed at. The room was clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was not free, and ended up costing my family of four around $20. Still, this hotel was a super and I highly recommend it!

The Hotel was a good value, the rooms were clean most of the staff was fine. The only thing that really made me dissatisfied with the whole experience was a body wash was left behind and they supposedly couldn't find it- makes me wonder what else they may have helped themselves too had it been left behind.

I would give it a 6/10 out of similar hotels I have stayed at. Location was really good -easy to locate and safe, well - lit. Staff friendly. I did think the hotel needed some renovations and also - the bar closed at 10pm on a Friday night - strange! For travelers this was not the best.

Positives: Convenient location - easy check in, nice room. Felt safe.

Negatives: Hotel had some old worn qualities and room was not exceptionally clean.

My husband and I came up for Summer fest at the last minute. The hotel is lovely, a great room, large, staff is extremely accommodating to special needs. Even though we couldnt stay for breakfast, we were able to get apples and coffee in the lobby for the road. I just wished we could have stayed longer.

Positives: Comfy beds, good coffee, china cups, good bath products.

Negatives: I wish breakfast was available earlier than 6 a.m. We had to leave too early.
