Founded nearly a decade ago as a private, members-only resort for those who love the outdoors, we have expanded to allow a limited number of cabins and RVs. Not only can you own a brand new cabin in the woods, but you also have access to hundreds of acres of private and public land and all the amenities of the club. Enjoy a quiet stroll on our scenic trails, or fish in our stocked ponds. Pheasant Ridge is designed as a safe and secluded resort to relax with your family, or use as a jumping-off point for the endless outdoor recreational activities in the surrounding area.

If you think the only time to go camping is in the “off” season to miss the crowds, then you have not camped at Pheasant Ridge Resort. Pheasant Ridge has a limited number of seasonal campsites available, and they are the BIGGEST seen! Here you are not packed in “shoulder to shoulder” like at most other campgrounds. Our sites range from 7000 to 20,000 square feet, and are designed for privacy and security. Do you have concerns at other campgrounds about the safety of your children when there are cars and RV’s coming & going at all hours (just feet away from your picnic table)? At Pheasant Ridge Resort, your site has landscaped hills surrounding your personal property to create your own camping environment. You & your family can have that weekend getaway without the annoying disturbances! When you put your feet up in your favorite lounge chair with your cool beverage, are you suddenly jolted by your neighbors’ radio or TV blasting out what they choose to listen to? At Pheasant Ridge Resort, we have restrictions on outside “noise”. We believe that people in our resort deserve to enjoy the peace and serenity of nature, without having to compete with the latest rock song. Our sites are large enough for you to add your own recreation areas! Customize them as you would like with horseshoe pits, volleyball, or badminton. Perhaps you enjoy gardening….Pheasant Ridge welcomes those that wish to beautify their lots with flowers, vegetables, or even an aqua-scape! You could even add your own hot tub or above- ground pool!
Pheasant Ridge offers Cabins, Cottages, and Log Cabins. These units are available on secluded lots that Park Models and RV units cannot access. Pricing is comparable to the Park Models but can be designed with taller lofts and basements. Cost of units is $125 per square foot with 400 sq. ft. per floor maximum. We can also add a 300 sq. ft. covered deck, giving your family a wonderful weekend retreat! These retreats have unprecedented lot sizes of 1 to 3 acres with some overlooking scenic hills, valleys and waterways.
These Cabin units are offered as a lease to own. You design the Cabin with our architect and builder to secure your finished price (above sq. foot price is an estimate of units in the past). Once you have reached your cabin price we require 20% down. Set your lease payments at 10, 15, or 20 year amortization to help keep your unit affordable. These cabins can be leased with interior unfinished for as low as $55 sq.ft. You can then finish the interior yourself and create your own equity (call for details).
