Ray's Campground - Midway between the New River and Gauley River, our campground provides exceptional tent camping and RV campsites and economy cabins near the New River Gorge region's best whitewater rafting and rock climbing areas.
As a result, we're a great base for rafting, hiking, climbing, and kayaking.

You won't find a more peaceful and beautiful setting, though we're fewer than five miles from the junction of the U.S. 19 expressway and the Midland Trail National Scenic Highway (U.S. 60).

Camp Store - Open daily, our camp store provides ice, firewood, camping supplies, personal items, lantern fuel, snacks, souveniers, and campground t-shirts.
Laundry - A small laundry facility is available 24 hours near the camp office.
On-Site Staff - Ensuring your safety and convenience, a camp supervisor is on duty 24-hours -- at the camp office or at the owner's residence near the gate.
Convenience - We're less than 15 miles from the New River Gorge National River, the Gauley National Recreational River, Babcock State Park, and Hawk's Nest State Park. Carnifex Ferry State Park and Summersville Lake are about 20 miles to the north.
Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m.
