Attempt to upgrade hotel but either cut corners or just didn't finish. Many stair with many different access into hotel. No elevator - traveled with my aging mother and walking the long hallways and up and down the stairs was hard on her. Had breakfast for a small fee.

Positives: Size of the rooms, location from the highway.

Negatives: Too many stairs, no elevator at this hotel.

The hotel is clean, but still requires some renovations. It feels old and somewhat worn. Needs updating.

Positives: Convenient location.

Negatives: This was not the location in the city that I specified. I asked for airport area.

If we could stay in similar accomodations every trip we would look for a Red Lion Inn!!

Positives: Great bed, friendly staff, very clean, quiet sleep!

Negatives: Had to eat in lounge, would have been more acceptable if staff there had seemed more normal. Under influence of something we think?

Nice looking room, a bit dated but still nice. Comfy bed. For some reason the toilet seat is really uncomfortable. Free WiFi, which is always nice.

Positives: Nice rooms.

Negatives: Bad toilet seat, and uncomfortable.

The hotel is old and in need of being updated. The rooms are not comfortable. If you are a business traveler the desks are small and my chair was broken.

Positives: The bar.

Negatives: Cleaning staff did not do their job. They would refresh the towels and make the bed and that is it.

For this star rating I feel some breakfast should have been provided.

Positives: Nice bathroom.

Negatives: No breakfast, unsafe area to walk in the evenings.

It is comfortable and quiet. The people were helpful.

Positives: The beds were comfortable and the staff were nice.

Negatives: The hallway carpets were dirty - no breakfast.

The room was ok, bed was a little soft, bathroom was nice, view of courtyard was very nice....trees and a fountain. The breakfast buffet ends at 9 AM! They should have told us that the night before.

Positives: The sink in the bathroom was nice, windows actually opened!

Negatives: Front desk clerk (man) in morning was not very friendly.

There was medicine from the previous guest left in room. Soap with hair was left in the shower. Garbage was not emptied from previous guest.

Positives: Good location near restaurants.

Negatives: Room was not clean.

First Hotel that I have stayed at that you have to pay for the use of the internet at its station....very inconvenient and very expensive....in this age of technology, I felt this practice is barbaric.

Positives: Clean

Negatives: Didn't change towels, etc. until 3rd day.

Older style outside but updated inside. The hall carpet a bit worn but the rooms nice. Bedspread older and the only thing that wasn't updated like the rest of the room but we figured it was because it was a pet room. We appreciate being able to take pets

Positives: Pet friendly, clean.

Negatives: No continental breakfast, not even coffee unless you made it in the room.

Overall, the hotel met my expectations, but for whatever reason they put me in a room right next to a lobby outside entrance and it got super loud at 6:00 AM. I've stayed here before and enjoyed it, but this last visit was a bummer. Also, try to catch happy hour as the restaurant at 7:00 was overpriced and didn't get my order right. If they're gonna screw up my order I'd like to pay happy hour prices for it!

Positives: Clean, comfortable and

Negatives: Noisy, bad food in restaurant.

The room was very nice. Bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. The short shower curtain was a major bummer due to clothes on the floor getting wet while taking a shower. No laundry facilities on site to dry them.

Positives: It was close to everything.

Negatives: Extra charge for breakfast, access charge, outdoor pool.

This is a hotel that is apparently on the way to going out of business. Hasn't been updated. Restaurant recently closed down, apparently for lack of business. No computer available for customer use. Beds are threadbare and kind of seedy.

Positives: Inexpensive at the priceline price.

Negatives: Marginally kept up property - no decent restaurant.

Reviewer: Not provided on Tue 27 Oct 2009 rated 7 out of 10.

The bed was comfortable. Overall the hotel is unremarkable. No office for guests, allowed use of a computer behind the desk/hotel management area and it was super super slow.

Positives: Location to mall.

Negatives: Tiny room, antique television, and was noisy (by ice/vending/exit).

The hotel and the staff were quite sufficient for my meager needs. The room service pizza was great! It was quiet, clean and my priceline rate was great.

Positives: Everything was just fine.

Negatives: Asked not to have to climb stairs and did anyway.

Though we wanted a king bed, we also wanted a quiet room with evening sun. The front desk correctly recommended our room, which was excellent. Room service was quick and the food good. The room had all desired amenities. Sitting on the patio on the bench in the evening sun was wonderful after a long day of driving.

Positives: Quiet room on garden, nice walkout to garden.

Negatives: Nothing.

I stayed on the first floor - could hear people walking above me and outside the room Hallway and out at the pool. There was a fight outside my door at 2am including pounding on every door, etc., and then four people talking very loudly out at the pool where my room faced at 2:30am. Despite calling the front desk to complain, and although they told the people to be quiet, they continued on. I know everything about them now. The fan in the room was noisy, and because I couldn't open the door due to noise and security, I had to keep it on. It went on and off all night. Except for water & coffee, no goodies bar, even if I wanted to buy something.

Positives: Clean bathroom, clean room.

Negatives: Noisy.

Hotel is a standard Red Lion hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, but didn't do anything special or extra. Location is great. The place was clean, rooms comfortable, and design very pleasant. Though overall, the hotel looks dated and is in need of a little cosmetic updating. Example would be small or CRT TV's in the rooms. The pool is nice and having on site food and bar is a plus. Wireless Internet worked well.

Positives: Location and convenience, good for business traveler.

Negatives: Hotel could use a little updating, but still nice.

The hotel is nice and is conveniently located, but it smelled like smoke everywhere we walked, not sure if it was from current guests or what. Also, there doesn't seem to be any elevators or automatic doors, so when traveling with children and a lot of luggage, it makes it very difficult to get around. Overall, the hotel is nice, if those nuisances don't bother you.

Positives: Fitness room available.

Negatives: It smelled like smoke and there is no elevator.

Reviewer: Not provided on Sun 15 Mar 2009 rated 10 out of 10.

I liked the rooms and staff very friendly will stay there again.

Positives: The rooms are very nice.

Negatives: Everything was great.
