Beautiful area, set a LONG ways back from the highway, right on a canal. Stayed for 4 nights with a popup camper with my family of 6. All of us had a good time. Bathrooms were older but good, showers were clean and hot :) Pool was nice, lots of REALLY tall old trees for shade and scene. Easy to get in and out of. First time here, but looking forward to making the trip again!

Positives: Clean, roomy, quiet, nice overall area, easy to get in and out. About 15 minutes from the beach, maybe 25 from Virginia Beach downtown.

Negatives: Depends on point of view :) No internet, which was bad for me, but made my wife happy as a lark!!
