Saratoga Springs is a city in Utah County, Utah. It is part of the Provo–Orem, Utah Metropolitan Statistical Area. The city is a relatively new development along the northern shores of Utah Lake. It was incorporated on December 31, 1997 and has been growing rapidly since then. Although Saratoga Springs was a town in 2000, it has since been classified as a fifth-class city by state law. Local restaurants include Noodles & Company, Red 8, Costa Vida, and Seven Brothers.
