Our story began in 1974 when a modest, 218 room property known as The Woodlands Inn opened as the first hotel in the area. Over the next several decades, multi-million dollar expansions and renovations transformed us into the premiere vacation and meeting destination for the region. Today we boast an endless array of on-site leisure activities and amenities for guests to enjoy during their stay.

Guests rave over our 5 restaurants, including the award winning Robard Steakhouse. From nature inspired spa treatments to our championship golf courses, splashing away the day on our lazy river, or enjoying smores and a movie by the fire pit, The Woodlands Resort has something for everyone all year long.
