Staff was helpful and professional. We checked in very late and had difficulty getting a key that worked properly and they sent security to go with us and open the room. Bed was nice, hotel was quiet and peaceful. Free easy access Internet and free breakfast was great!
Positives: It was clean, efficient and professional. Great breakfast buffet!
Negatives: Nothing

We love it! Would definitely come back!
Positives: The overall class that truly puts Doubletree above most.
Negatives: The bathroom has mold issues under the sink. Bathroom shows previous flooding issues.

Hotel met my needs exactly. My son and I were visiting the nearby campus of U of Texas at Dallas and the location was perfect. We only needed a place to sleep, but this room far exceeded that. Used the wireless with no problem and no extra charge. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean, room had lots of space. The staff was particularly, and noticeably friendly -- beyond what was required.
Positives: Clean, comfortable, and very friendly
Negatives: Nothing

Our room was beautiful, clean, and very roomy. With a nice large bath and sleep number beds! I rested great during a stressful time.
Positives: Sleep number beds and a big bathroom.
Negatives: Vending machine area.

The hotel was very nice and priced accordingly. The staff was nice, the rooms were clean. Had tasteful furniture and did not smell funny. The beds were quite comfortable. The room was nice and quiet.
Positives: The hotel was clean, quiet and had a pleasant smell.
Negatives: The internet for the front desk was not working and I had to wait.

The hotel is probably more a 2.5 than 3.0 star hotel. It was clean and well maintained.
Positives: Clean.
Negatives: Lots of work going on outside.

Getting to the hotel from US 75 is difficult and confusing; parking lot is under construction causing limited parking and no handicap parking.
Positives: Cleanliness, well furnished.
Negatives: No smoking rooms, no all-day restaurant.

The hotel was very nice. It was a little hard to find but once we found it was no problem getting to it again. The hotel was under some construction but they let us know right away and it wasnt very noticeable. Overall it was a great stay and we felt it stood up to its 3-star rating.
Positives: I liked the in-room mini-fridge.
Negatives: The Sleep Number beds, but we think they were not working correctly.

This hotel was quiet, comfortable and relaxing. The sleep number bed added a great deal of comfort at bedtime! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Richardson area.
Positives: I loved the sleep number bed!
Negatives: Ordered room service and it took almost one hour to be delivered.

The accommodations were fair. When the trip was booked the site said there was a smoking/non smoking section-but when I checked in it was a totally non smoking hotel. I feel I was misled. The bathtub was disgusting, huge chunks of hair in the drain. The food was dry. No one answered the front desk phone for 2 days straight so I never got my questions answered. The only way I'd stay there again is if someone paid me to.
Positives: Close to Starbucks.
Negatives: My bathtub was clogged and when I put my finger in the drain I pulled out a huge chunk of hair. Disgusting.

The staff was extremely unhelpful when asked questions about the area. Balleys was not adjacent to the hotel which the ad made it seem.
Positives: The room.
Negatives: The staff.

I will not stay at this hotel again, nor will I recommend it to family or friends.
Positives: Good location - easy accessibility to highway.
Negatives: Cramped restroom with low ceiling - only one occupant at a time - makes for difficulties with little kids.

Hotel was adequate for what we needed a place to arrive late, bath, sleep, and get back on the road again in the morning. It's geared toward business travelers, not a family on vacation.
Positives: Nice spacious lobby. Neat water feature.
Negatives: Obviously an older hotel with moderate updates. Hotel room bathroom very small with low ceiling. Felt cramped, especially when trying to give baths to kids.

I hate hotels where you walk in the lobby and it is so beautiful, and then we got to our room and it was kind of a let down. It wasn't that nice.
Positives: The lobby was really nice.
Negatives: The room was disappointing.
