The rooms were nice & had great views of the city. If you are planning to purchase the city pass, this hotel has the perfect location. It is located beside a nice residential area, so we felt very safe. there is a parking garage with plenty of parking.
Positives: The location was perfect for the museum district. we could drive easily or ride the metrorail most museums & zoo.
Negatives: The mattress was fine, but our at home were better.

Overall, my hotel stay was a pleasant one. I wanted a room with two beds not a king size bed. However, the Hilton did not accommodate my request. They could at the price of $20.00 per day. Since I was already paying $10.00/day for parking I did not want another expense. Last year the hotel I stayed in accommodated my request for 2 double beds and it also offered free parking. It would have been nice to be informed of these things.
Positives: The hotel was very nice. Very clean and safe.
Negatives: I was not able to switch from a king bed to two queen or double beds. Did not know they charged a $10.00/day parking fee for vehicles.

Outdated and , only allowed a room with one King bed. We have two children and the staff told us it would be $20 more to go to a room with double beds. We stated that we would just sleep the baby in her playpen and the older child in our King bed. The manager did upgrade us at that time for no additional fee. None of the floors had ice in the ice machines. Parking at the hotel was an extra $10.
Positives: The manager did upgrade us to a room with more beds at no charge
Negatives: It is very outdated and in the beginning, hotel staff was not accomidating. Also had to pay for parking

This was a very nice hotel, it was a little hard to find at first but when we found it it was in a good location. The parking was tight because we had to share parking w/Hospital.
Positives: Nice pool area
Negatives: There were no working ice machines and elevators were very very slow

The room I was given was excellent. It was well maintained and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was located in an excellent area for the business I was there for.
Positives: Very upscale
Negatives: Was out of items on room service menu and did not inform me when I ordered

Although, the hotel was nearly empty, we were given rooms with one bed. We were two families with one child each. One room had a queen size bed, and the other had a king size bed. We asked for rooms with two beds, we didn't have a choice of rooms. We asked for rollout beds, instead, we were told that the rooms we had does not accommodate rollout beds. We were offered to pay extra for a suite - we did. After we got over being angry about the customer service and lack of understanding form the front desk, we had a nice time. Did I mention that the hotel parking lot was nearly empty? There were no more than 4 quests on our floor. I didn't understand why they wouldn't put us in a room with double beds because occupancy was definitely not a problem.
Positives: The location, the cleanliness, pool, walking trail around the pool
Negatives: We were two families with children.

This hotel was great to stay in; however, I think it is absurd to have to pay $10 to park when I am paying to stay in their establishment! Is Hilton so bad off that they cannot afford to let their guests park free??? And I did not like the locked refrigerator! All I wanted to put in there was my water and juice, but I was afraid I would get charged if I cut the lock that was on there.
Positives: Very comfortable.
Negatives: A "locked" refrigerator, having to pay $10 to park

Overall, the hotel was great. The pool is spectacular. I hated having to wait forever for the water to get warm for a bath though. I also did not like the fact that it costs to make local calls.
Positives: The pool area was amazing! The water was beautiful and the surroundings were delightful!
Negatives: It took almost 10 minutes for the water to get hot for a shower or a bath.
