We reserved two rooms. The AC in one room did not work and my sister had to move to another. The AC in the other room did not cool the room until 2-3 am even though we had it on the lowest setting. The carpet was so filthy that my white socks were nasty when I took them off and the only place I went without shoes. This was reported the second morning, but nothing was done. After it was reported the second morning, the carpet was steam leaned, but the AC did not improve.
Positives: Comfortable bed, good shower, & good TV.
Negatives: Dirty carpet, dirty/stained tub, poor AC.

Fresh paint on the exterior does not indicate the cleanliness or newness of the interior. Room smelled like smoke, old style shower stall without expanded arc curtains. I wore my flip-flops in the room to keep my feet off the carpet. This is consistent with every La Quinta in El Paso.
Positives: Not much.
Negatives: Hallway carpets filthy.

Overall the hotel was a good price and the accommodations were nice. We had difficulty with the un-asked for 6:00 AM wake up calls that we told them over and over not to do. Also the printer was not available after the manager left at 5:00 PM. The room was clean, comfortable, bathroom was also clean, the sink had difficulty with draining though. They did come in an take care of it; however.
Positives: The convenience to our destination and the price.
Negatives: We were awakened with a wake up call 3 days in a row at 6:00 AM which we did not request.

The only disappointing thing was the quality of the breakfast - but was still a good value for the price.

Was not the nicest stay but it worked. The sheets were gross and the carpet was disgusting. The breakfast was horrible.

This hotel is quite comfortable. The rooms were a good size. My family of five did not feel cramped in the room. The staff was very friendly.

A lot of construction in the motel, the room next to us alarm clock going off all night the niter person called the room and tried to get in but could not get an answer or get into the room because of the dead bolt, he moved us across the hall at 10:00 pm. You could hear the other rooms showers.
Positives: Security was good, close to restaurants.
Negatives: Thin walls and a lot of noise from toilet and other rooms showers.

They were remodeling but the staff was helpful and friendly.

Hotel was under construction so it was a mess and very inconvenient to not have a key to the room. The staff was pleasant.

2 Double beds is the standard room. Acceptable for a 2 star hotel.
Positives: Convinient location from the I-10.
Negatives: Free Internet access was down in the lobby and we were not able to web check in for our flights.

Great location near good restaurants. Nice pool. Excellent breakfast, with a waffle maker available. Great value.
