Staff was friendly and helpful, beds were great! The entire place was very clean.
Positives: Staff was friendly and helpful. Room, pool, common areas very clean. Breakfast was good. Pillows were superb.
Negatives: They had Wi-Fi, but a computer for guests to use would have been really nice since there was no cell reception for us.

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was courteous and polite. The pool had reasonable hours and was kept at an appropriate temperature. The location made most things convenient, especially those things near the western 1/2 of the Black Hills. We would probably stay there again.
Positives: Clean, Comfortable Room with an indoor pool kept at the appropriate temperature. Location was excellent.
Negatives: The maid staff could never quite get the right number of towels, hand towels and wash cloths for the room and there were only 2 of us.
