Located in a not very safe looking area, overlooking a stream, not river. Room was dirty with drywall tape coming off in two corners. Dirty common area, elevators and hallway. Will never spend money here again.
Positives: Nothing.
Negatives: Everything.

We like staying at Country Inns and Suites because for the value it is fantastic. We love the King size beds, and the wonderful decor. It is like coming home.
Positives: The price was very reasonable.
Negatives: We liked everything.

I was very impressed with the hotel. When I realized my room didn't have the amenities I needed for travel,<BR/>i.e. fridge, they went above and beyond what was needed by transferring me to a hot tub sweet with everything, to make up for it. It made my trip very comforting and kept my items needing refrigerator good for work.
Positives: Very homy.
Negatives: Air unit didn't work well.

Hotel was clean and attractive, however the location was in a not the best part of town.
Positives: Very clean.
Negatives: Location was on a lesser appealing side of town.

When entering in this hotel you will find very friendly staff, a beautiful fire place and chairs to sit and read a book that is provided by this hotel, also a breakfast buffet in an easy convenient place to sit. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds in them, with a spaces bathroom shower area.
Positives: Very friendly staff willing to make your stay great trying to please all, even giving a snack at the door.
Negatives: The parking lot needs to be a little bigger to accommodate all the guests.

I have stayed at this hotel several times now. I travel with young kids, so a pool is a must for us. The pool here isn't huge, but it is just fine for us. My wife and I also use the hot tub, also a nice amenity. The continental breakfast is pretty good. My only two negative points are the pillows were awful my wife and I both had kinks in our neck and headaches. My other complaint would have to be the trains and airplanes going by. I was on the top floor so maybe it's louder up there - I dont know. But, I have stayed here several times in the past and I will continue to do so. I'll just ask for better pillows next time.
Positives: Pool and hot tub are very nice.
Negatives: Pillows were awful, trains and airplanes were annoying.

This was a nice hotel, but the noise was very annoying and continued until 11:00 p.m. We also had a fire alarm around 9:00 p.m. that forced everyone outside until the firemen determined that it must have malfunctioned. Not sure I would stay here again.
Positives: Nice breakfast selection!
Negatives: Very noisy with kids running in the halls and slamming doors.

Positives: Clean and affordable.
Negatives: Location was a little bit out of the way and no restaurants nearby.

This was our first stay at a country inn and suites hotel. We thought it was very nice, clean , employees courteous and helpful.
Positives: Clean, spotless.
Negatives: Lots of construction in area, also don't like staying in cities in general.

Provided parking on the street because the lot was under construction and not enough parking in small lot in front.
Positives: On the river.
Negatives: Could not see the river from our room.

Convenient location if you need to be downtown for business or are in town for a doctor appointment, as the 2 hospitals is very close. Rooms are OK but a little dated.
Positives: Good continental breakfast.
Negatives: Small parking lot - had to park in the street because the lot was full.

Downtown Sioux Falls is not picturesque, although such a small town is unlikely to be unsafe. This hotel is surrounded by industrial-looking buildings. Inside, it is a normal Country Inn, with all the expected amenities and level of service. Staff was efficient, not particularly friendly although not unpleasant. If you just need a stopover hotel I would recommend something right on I-90 like the Holiday Inn Express. Coming into the deserted downtown area late at night is not a pleasant experience.
Positives: Efficient check in.
Negatives: Parking on-site was minimal; many guests parked in a poorly lit lot next door.

Very nice. Room was clean and odor free. Bath towels were very fluffy. Our stay was quite enjoyable.
Positives: The staff was very helpful; room was very comfortable and clean.
Negatives: Location could have been a little better to the highway.

Pleasant stay, clean room, good continental breakfast.
Positives: The motel is situated with a pleasant view along a river going through the city.
Negatives: Comparing motels of similar price in the area, this one offered less overall quality.

We always enjoy staying at the country inn and suites and have always been well satisfied. They are a good value. The hotel was "okay" but did not meet the standard we have become accustomed too. The lobby was ordinary and it followed through to the room. The room was clean, but seemingly smaller than usual, only one easy chair that had a seat as hard as a board, a very small bath tub and an ordinary decor.
Positives: The breakfast area was well layer out. Room to get food your food and drink items. Lots of tables available.
Negatives: Easy chair seat was hard as a board. The room decor did not measure up to other country inn and suites that we have stayed in over many years.
