Would stay there again everything was great.
Positives: It has a bar and grille on site thats always good.
Negatives: Poolside rooms can be a little noisy.

It is nice enough when you get there. It is tricky to find the right road to take - would be difficult at night to a traveler who is unfamiliar with it. First time I stayed there I had a room at the top of the stairs coming up from the lobby. I was woken up about 3 times with lots of noise and loud talking - it didn't seem as though desk people or person was doing anything about it. Second stay, my room was much quieter, but door didn't have a privacy or safety latch to prevent someone from walking in (even if by mistake). This did not make me feel secure.

Positives: Used a wipe on the TV remote and it appeared to be clean.
Negatives: I did not like the fact that there was no privacy chain or latch to secure the door.

Hotel deal was a steal. Room was large. I disliked that a normal room didn't have a fridge or microwave. The location is kind of in the middle of nowhere but it is a very nice hotel and I enjoyed my stay.
Positives: Toilet was constantly running and phone wasn't working. Went up to front desk and they handled it immediately.
Negatives: The location isn't the greatest. Yes it's easy to get to being right on the interstate but it is kind of in the middle of nowhere.

The minute we walked in to check in, the hotel front desk staff looked professional, acted professional but more so, friendly. First impressions are key for both my husband and I. We got to the room and it was perfectly clean and then shortly recv'd a phone call from the front desk asking if everything was up to our satisfaction. The phone call caught us both off guard but pleasantly so and appreciated it very much.
Positives: Staff was excellent! Clean rooms. Quiet. Comfortable!
Negatives: Everything was excellent.

We noticed a shortage of signage in the hallways and it was a bit hard to navigate the hallways without signs to indicate location of things.
Positives: We enjoyed the surrounding area, and friendly service.
Negatives: We would have liked a continental breakfast, as most of the hotels offer this now.

Very clean hotel. Good location right off freeway, yet very quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Restaurant on site so did not have to leave to eat. Exercise room was excellent.

This hotel was conveniently located and had a great indoor and outdoor pool. The staff was not very friendly and did not promptly assist us with the malfunctioning thermostat in our room.
Positives: It had a great indoor pool and outdoor pool.
Negatives: Our room was difficult to keep cool.

AC did not work in the hotel room and staff did not seemed to be concerned about it the next morning when I informed them of the problem at check out.

We went for a one night stay. The kids liked the pool area. The rooms were nice. Our fire alarm was beeping and door connecting the rooms didn't work. Maintenance came right up and fixed both. I asked for a crib at 9:30 p.m. and the staff brought it right up. My one year old accidentally pressed the remote and ordered a music station. The staff took the charge off. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean nice rooms.
Positives: The pool area for the children was nice. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Negatives: There was nothing wrong that didn't get taken care of.
