Overall, the hotel was pleasant. The use of the computer in the lobby was nice as the rooms did not offer wi-fi. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size.
Positives: The trolley stopped right out front so it was easy to get downtown.
Negatives: Walking outside to get to the hot tub; the hot tub was lukewarm at best.

The staff was extremely friendly. Lady at the front desk made sure she had coffee going in the office by 6 am every morning, we were there so I didn't have to make any in-room and wake up my wife. Our room was very clean and housekeeping staff was very friendly. I will definitely stay here again if I am in Deadwood again.
Positives: I loved the staff, nobody was ever too busy to help us with anything.
Negatives: No pool.

Some hotel staff was very helpful, while others were not accommodating. The rooms necessities seemed clean, but corners had webs and spiders.
Positives: Room size.
Negatives: Rooms had spiders and I did not feel comfortable.
