The man at the front desk was short w/ me upon my checking- and just had a general sour demeanor the rest of the time I had to interact w/ him. My bathroom was filthy, as was the bathroom in my business partner's room.
Positives: Amenities were nice- food in lobby, workout room, etc.
Negatives: Bed was really hard, although the sign indicated that new mattresses were in.

Older hotel but in good shape. Excellent staff at front desk and well stocked breakfast. Very pleasant experience.
Positives: Best attitude I have ever seen from hotel staff.
Negatives: 2 bed rooms are doubles, not queens.
