Very nice place, spacious and clean. Only thing to make it nicer would have been a king bed instead of the two doubles. Comfortable but they were small.

Positives: Spacious, clean, close to airport.

Negatives: Tricky to get too, the receptionist was eating Chinese food and it stuck when you entered the lobby.

I really enjoyed my stay and the quality of the hotel was great compared to the star level. Continental breakfast was provided every morning and there were no bugs even considering having a mini kitchen in your room. It was really convenient.

Positives: It was convenient and the continental breakfast was right on time!

Negatives: It could have been a little more modernized and roomy. It was kind of tight for my family of three.

The hotel was convenient to the airport as well as to the person we were visiting. When requested, we were given a room on the first floor. The people at the front desk were friendly. Beds were very comfortable.

Positives: Comfortable beds, microwave, refrigerator, spacious.

Negatives: Two nights we asked for a wake up call but none was received.

Although my plans didn't go as I had planned, it was still worth the trip to stay in this hotel.

My hubby & I were in town for the Arnold Classic & We chose this hotel. We got there early @ 10:00 and check in wasn't until 3 but they gave us a room early! So I loved this hotel, The rooms were big, the bed was AMAZING! The service was 1st class. I would Highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Positives: I loved the room & the free breakfast was Great!

This is ideally suited close to the airport. The complimentary breakfast included eggs and sausage among the normal continental breakfast items. The shuttle was very convenient.

Positives: Front desk woman was extremely competent and understood clients well. She could "read your mind."

Negatives: There was someone using the public computer for a long time.

Everything was as advertised and overall it was better than I was expecting.

Positives: Everything seemed great. My plane was late so I missed the shuttle but that was not the hotel's fault.

I am a repeat customer. My granddaughter lives in Columbus and we hide away at the hotel to spend quality time together. On this visit, my niece stayed with us as well. They enjoyed the breakfast and the pool the most. They also thought our suite was very nice. The hotel was generous to allow me to delay my reservation by one day at no extra cost, when my flight was cancelled due to weather. I am grateful for that.

Positives: For me, the highlight is the hot tub. My kids loved the pool.

Negatives: Ran out of eggs at breakfast and clean towels in the pool area.

Complimentary breakfast is great way to start the day. A little crowded but the staff opened an adjoining conference room. Rooms were excellent, very spacious and clean. Close enough to the airport that you can hear the jets in the distance at times but not enough to interfere with sleep. Being able to get to the airport in 10 minutes without getting on the interstate was a big plus when traveling with a group leaving and arriving at different times. Overall, a great place to stay for business or family travel.

I have stayed at many 5 star hotels and this is a lot better than the ones I have stayed at before. I can't say enough about my experience at this hotel. It is the best! I would recommend it to a friend and family members.

Positives: People went out of their way to make you comfortable. Exceeded my expectations.

The Hotel was so noisy I had to check out and flee. Apparently the Hillbilly convention hit the hotel Saturday Night and noise was everywhere all night long. Children running up and down the halls knocking on doors. Parents thought that was funny. No peace and quiet all night long. Would not stay again.

I pulled in very late. The night staff person is super. She helped an over-tired patron with his questions and problems. She solved those problems and simplified my stay. The shuttle service to the airport is dependable and timely.

Positives: The staff was flexible, supportive, and helpful; they responded to my needs.

Negatives: A little difficult to find even with a map and the address. Just add a few signs.

It was a great hotel for the price paid. We had an excellent experience. We tried the pool and whirlpool out both was clean and in excellent condition. The staff was excellent and friendly. We were especially impressed with the young man that drove us around during the evening of our stay.

Positives: Guest services were excellent the shuttle service was very helpful for getting around the area.

Negatives: The amenities listed said a breakfast buffet was provided and they had a continental breakfast.
