Great staff, helpful in meeting our needs. Close to the airport if you fly out of Rickenbocker. Again, you should remind people there is more than one airport in Columbus.

Positives: The staff was most accommodating and friendly.

Negatives: There was a safety issue, cars were broken into the night before our arrival.
