Nice hotel with very comfortable beds..

Positives: Great location easy to find perfect for where we were going.

Negatives: dishes remained in hallway too long-restaurant closed early for breakfast-no complimentary breakfast.

I was attending my 50th high school reunion which was held at the Hilton 1/10th mile away.

Positives: Great value at price I got from Priceline.

Negatives: Housekeepers apparently stalled elevators for their convenience and left guests standing and waiting.

Room is basic. Nothing fancy. No smells. Some folks were a little loud at midnight. Be aware of folks coming home from bars and being loud.

Positives: I really like the location. Lots of places to eat.

Negatives: The hotel was overbooked from Priceline. The hotel employee had to bump people in order to get a room for us.

This hotel seems to be poorly managed and maintained. I have stayed in many holiday inns, this one was disappointing. We asked for our room to be cleaned. Room was not cleaned during our entire two nights stay even after being gone for over several hours hours.

Positives: The location was great for the event for which we went..

Negatives: The room smelled. Bath tub was dirty. Room was not cleaned during our two nights stay, even after we asked the maid.

I would not recommend this hotel. It is implied through pictures and the list of amenities that there are a refrigerator and microwave in the rooms. There is neither. There is a microwave downstairs that is available but extremely inconvenient. Twice I told the staff at the desk that the blow dryer didn't work; they didn't replace it. One day I was gone all day and when I came back, the room hadn't been cleaned. Shortly after I arrived, the maid came to clean. The halls and elevator were rather warm, and it was difficult to get the temperature in the room to be anything but hot or cold.

Positives: I liked the location.

Negatives: The bed was hard, and the blow dryer didn't work.

Decent place to stay with very friendly staff. Rooms were pretty small but I was accommodated when I asked for another one. Can't complain too much. The staff made my stay much better.

Convenient. Our check-in clerk, though polite, insisted we had 2 queen sized beds. I measured and said they were double. She again insisted that all the hotel beds were the same size, that all were queens. On our departure, I spoke with another desk person. He said we did have double beds after all, that the first clerk was in error. We were disappointed not to have the queen sized bed we requested and assured we would have.

Positives: Convenient safe clean.

Negatives: At check-in, clerk insisted we had queen bed. I measured it as double sized, not queen. Clerk insisted it was queen.

This property offered a fabulous value! Staff was wonderful, location desirable, just was a dated property. Remove aesthetics and it would be 4 star.

The hotel overall was good. Wasn't quite what I expected. I think the Hyatt Place was a nicer and more up to date hotel than the Holiday Inn. Restaurant didn't have much of a selection especially for breakfast if you don't eat eggs. Ordered French toast with cream cheese and strawberries and they didn't even have strawberries. Eat somewhere else.

Positives: Close proximity to restaurants.

Negatives: Bad plumbing that they could not fix.

When<BR/>I first arrived at the hotel everything was nice. The staff, rooms, etc. my second night there,<BR/>I was on my way out and<BR/>I got stuck in the elevator for about 15 minutes.<BR/>I am not one who panics, but if<BR/>I were this hotel would get a much worse review than what I'm giving.

The prices for room service were very reasonable, it was reasonably quick and the food was good.

Room was clean, bed was good. The lobby did not amount to much and the afternoon desk clerk didn't exert much effort, but all in all it met our needs when just passing through.

Landscaping in front of hotel nice. But a few people meandering in front makes feel a little uncomfortable at 9:00 PM. The hotel room was nice but bathroom for a so called 3 star hotel room was a little cheesy. The dial for heat lamp broken and the hair dryer to the touch is sticky. No exhaust fan in bathroom.

Positives: Clean nice to see security guard in parking lot.

Negatives: Check in, no one at desk on phone in back. Had to carry up own luggage.

I would not ever stay in this hotel again. It was very disappointing for a Holiday Inn. Our room was dirty and the food from the hotel restaurant was horrible and way over priced. Also the vending machines charged $1.25 for a can of soda and their were crumbs and dirty inside the bottom of the vending machine.

Positives: The location of the hotel was close to many restaurants and shopping.

Negatives: The hotel was dirty and the food was horrible!

Parking was plentiful at this hotel and the check-in process was quick and fairly efficient although securing a room with two double beds could not be done prior to arrival. The room was equipped with both microwave and refrigerator but this was probably just the luck of the draw as this has not been the case during previous stays. The complimentary cookies are a nice touch but not enough were provided so that each guest could be assured of having one. They were never replenished. They were only offered for one night only. The mattresses were too worn out and in need of replacement. Bedding, sheets and pillows were very good. The towels were thick and fairly new. The room was clean with the exception of bathtub tile grout which was in need of good scrubbing with a mold and mildew cleaner. This hotel is very quiet but be aware that the top floors can be a but stuffy due in part to the heat from lower floors rising. The HVAC unit was fairly new and operated well. The free wireless internet was weak in most areas of the room but there were no dropouts. Overall, this was the best stay I have had in this property but it is still not as good as some 2.5 star properties I have stayed at in the same area.

Positives: This is my first stay at this property that included a microwave and refrigerator as a free amenities. Also, the overall value was good.

Negatives: The mattresses are in need of replacement. The bathtub tile grout is moldy and mildew.

The hotel was OK, I wouldn't stay there again. The room wasn't very clean and the last night there, our room wasn't cleaned so at the end of the day when we got in, we had no clean towels or toilet paper. We had to go to the lobby and pick it up.

Positives: Friendly staff.

Negatives: 1 day we had to get our own towels &amp; toilet paper.

My overall experience was great. The young lady who checked us in and out was very professional(she had problem customers both times) handling everything quite well. It made our checkin and checkout a little longer, but I was so impressed with her patience and professionalism that I didn't mind, plus it gave me a chance to write a review since I am a travel agent.

Positives: I liked the cleaniness of the room and the comfort of the bed.

Negatives: I missed having a refrigerator and microwave in the room and no free breakfast..

Overall, this was a good experience and great for the price. I would recommend this hotel and the Priceline experience.

The neighbors were loud and I had to call down to the office 3 times and they continued to be loud. My baby was awakened by the noise. I was very disappointed with the whole experience and wouldn't advise anyone I know to stay there. I would like my money back or a complimentary stay somewhere else for all the trouble we experienced.

Negatives: Room too small and wallpaper peeling off walls.

This was a nice stay, the arrangement of the room was different from the norm. Could replace the TV with a larger screen. Kind of awkward from the bed.

Front desk and housekeeping staff were just fine. The room was clean and comfortable. I had absolutely dreadful food and service in the restaurant for one meal. Another time, the restaurant had closed early. Menu items lesser quality and not as well prepared as when I last visited this hotel. Hotel had two obnoxious groups in-house during this visit--each group seemed to take over the entire hotel, instead of being kept together. Lots of running in hallways, shouting, playing in the elevators etc.

Positives: They allowed me an early check-in.

Negatives: Restaurant. Food quality declined since my last visit.

I was worried about the hotel at first, but the staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. The cook actually cared about the presentation and quality of his food and came out to inquire if to our liking. The neighborhood was very nice and safe. I would definitely recommend to any one on a budget or looking to stay in a welcoming, clean and convenient environment. I have stayed in 4 Star Hotels before, and this stay was up there with them.

Positives: I must say the staff was super nice; room clean; food beyond excellent.

Negatives: The bed spread was outdated.
