I have to say, this is the 2nd worse hotel I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at some very budget-style hotels! The service is extremely poor- they were frustrated, the room was actually quite disgusting.
Positives: The Indian Circle Dance was the best part!
Negatives: Disgustingly dirty, mildew & carpet in room was wet. Staff was unprofessional.

Old property with old furnishings, however pretty well kept up. If you need a luxurious bathroom this is not the place. Large room, quiet property, friendly and helpful staff. Great to be able to sit outside in the evening and visit. Poor quality, uninterested dancers who give you the minimum amount they would like for a donation. The hotel ought to drop this event.
Positives: Extremely convenient to downtown.
Negatives: Very tacky Indian dancing.

I'm a Best Western fan, but this was by far the dirtiest, smelliest hotel I've ever stayed in. Every surface was stained, had burn holes, the bathroom floor was sticky, the carpet was filthy, the tub had a urine stained rubber mat. As soon as I checked in, I was back at the front desk asking for a towel, batteries for the remote control. There was no Wi-Fi working at all. The stairs to my room were thick with ice. This motel needs a complete remodel. I couldn't sleep, and left at dawn.
Positives: Location.
Negatives: All surfaces in room were dirty, smelly and burned.

This is a very old hotel, with lots of history and character. Considering its age, it has been updated and well-maintained. Great location on the main drag. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, offering to upgrade our room without our even asking.
Positives: Coupons for a free drink in the bar, as well as free breakfast the next morning.
Negatives: Toilet and shower crammed into a very small space, with a cold tile floor.

Access to upstairs rooms very inconvenient.
Positives: Wait staff very friendly; free Breakfast buffet.
Negatives: Access to upstairs rooms.

Overall it was quite nice - not luxurious - basic but could be updated a bit. I think we were there in between seasons truth.
Positives: Location was within walking distance to everything.
Negatives: Pool was out of order overall.
