First of all, the staff was very rude, the room hadn't been cleaned at all, the TV wouldn't work, there was no kettle or hairdryer, and the kettle cost 30 Euros to hire and the hairdryer cost 15 Euros to hire.
Positives: The game room.
Negatives: Everything else.

The room met the 4 star rating, the private butlers were pleasant, accommodating and professional. The room was inviting with a basket of fresh fruit and a welcome note. I would recommend this hotel to others.
Positives: The room was very beautiful and comfortable.
Negatives: The television was not very good and I couldn't get the alarm cock to work.

Nice location - do not stay there if you want to share a bed. The rooms only have double beds. The hotel is being remodeled and some things like a work out area do not yet exist. You may have to put up with noise and dust.
Positives: Location, staff.
Negatives: All rooms had double beds. They did not have any rooms with a Queen or King.

Excellent particularly nice and helpful staff. Enjoyed the breakfast and afternoon cheese/crackers/drinks. Short walk to main plaza attractions. Very comfortable room.
Positives: Staff was friendly, service and room were nice.
Negatives: No bathtub in room, there was shower only.

I liked my stay so much overall that I would like to return soon. The employees really seem to like their jobs and very courteous and go out of their way to take of the guests. I love the hotel and I love the town.
Positives: Beautifully decorated and overall architecture of this building.
Negatives: There was no on site gym.

Nice hotel, but staff was not up to 4 star levels. Exception was the free shuttle drivers, who were very helpful.
Positives: Spacious room with fireplace. Free downtown shuttle.
Negatives: Butler/concierge service not very helpful.

We were very satisfied with the Hacienda. With the exception of our first interaction with the check-in staff, every other encounter with hotel staff was very pleasant. The room was very cozy and comfortable, with premium linens and high quality furnishings. The butlers were very attentive, friendly and helpful. Be aware that the hotel is pet friendly - we had a couple of yappy dogs residing next door.
Positives: Beautiful, comfortable room. Personal butler service. Easy shuttle to the plaza.
Negatives: Impersonal / rude check-in staff member.

Probably the most helpful employees of any hotels I have ever stayed at, and I have stayed at a lifetime of them, as I am a retired Airline Pilot Highly recommend this hotel. Very nice rooms, excellent service, personnel went over and above to provide any request, and at a immediate pace.
Positives: Very nice room, employee service and attention was excellent, shuttle service to downtown very good. Great time there.
Negatives: No complaints.

Great Hotel. Great price. Recommend anytime you are in Santa Fe. Close to plaza and they have a free shuttle.
Positives: Quiet, close to great restaurants and plaza.
Negatives: The 4:00 pm check in time.

Santa fee hotel hacienda-- this lovely hotel is a delightfully decorated space with very good service. Although my husband and I prefer older historic places, this was a very nice way to spend the night in Santa fee. My mother-in-law accompanied us on this trip and she was quite pleased with the decor & comfort level of her room. We were particularly delighted with the hotel's personal shuttle/taxi we used several times to take us to & pick us up from the plaza. The Native American art on display is simply superb and really enhances the experience. My husband and I both found our bed a bit hard. However, everything was new and spotless! The "butler" idea is great. The only minor complaint we might have (aside from the bed) is that some of the helpers were just a bit chatty--wanting to discuss their lives, etc. The restaurant food was delicious, but again, the waiter was chatty and perhaps too informative. We also enjoyed the club level of the hotel which is a delightful space to relax, have a few drinks and nibble. The complimentary breakfast was just perfect. The breads & pastries were fresh & delicious and the coffee quite good too. Overall, we had a delightful time here and highly recommend the hotel for an enjoyable Santa fee visit.
Positives: Very clean good service elegant.
Negatives: A bit too sterile for our tastes.

Overall satisfactory hotel. Front desk staff was utterly confused and took too long when we tried to check in and they had to retrieve our luggage from storage. Concierge was of limited use. Pool was dirty. Otherwise, rooms were beautiful, lounge and deck on 6th floor were a nice retreat, and parking was free. Location was a bit far from the plaza, but the plaza wasn't that great anyway! Overall, we still had a great time in Santa fee.
Positives: Rooms were very nice; guys in the 6th floor lounge were very helpful.
Negatives: Front desk service and check-in was disorganized and unhelpful; pool dirty.

The rooms at the hacienda are some of the nicest I have ever stayed in. The bed is soft, the lights are ambient, the fireplace is awesome, and the spa quality bathroom is to die for. Its a few block walk to the Santa fee plaza. The "butler" service is really quite useless. They're basically a concierge. Internet service is very poor and business travelers who need it are advised to stay away. The maid service gets started early and seems incapable of just leaving open the door of the room they are cleaning, opting to open and close the room shaking doors each time.
Positives: Stunningly beautiful room, good location, great bathroom, very clean.
Negatives: Poor internet service, noisy doors, butler service generally useless.

Consideration from everyone, a significant art collection of paintings, rugs, sculpture and warm and genuine butler services. Love the private dining room for Hacienda guests -- crackling fires and fine breakfast food included in the room rate. A long way from pretentious or showy -- but luxurious all the same.
Positives: Great beauty, surrounded by great art and sculpture..warm and authentic staff
Negatives: Non that I can htink of. We stay annually for past 5 years.
