I booked this hotel, but ended up leaving and paying more for another hotel somewhere else. When<BR/>I walked in the room the smell that came from it was bad, the beds were lob sided the curtains were off the racks there was hair in the tub and toilet there was gaps on the floor. I spoke with the owners which were very rude and they offered to move me to another room, but it was worst than the first.
Positives: Nothing at all.
Negatives: False advertisement. Dirty, very bad smell, and unfriendly.

The iron & ironing board were not available in the room, old soap and no shampoo or conditioner available. The following day my body beginning to itch. I hope you get do thing some about this. Sometime I refuse to stay over night in motels or hotels. But this is business related travel.
Positives: It looked new from the internet, but when you get there, the room look very old and bad odors.
Negatives: Room is not please with, I saw several hairs and towel very old. Not satisfied.

I stayed at the super 8 in Gallup, NM on august 5, 2009. I was on a business trip to Chicago, traveling from California. I had stayed at a motel the night before in Nevada. I was not pleased with that motel at all. It smelled and I didnt sleep well, as the room next door was playing loud music all night the front desk seemed to not care. So when I arrived in Gallup super 8, I was hesitant. The staff seemed friendly and the room was clean and smelled much better than the nights before. The young lady at the front desk was helpful with questions and we actually talked for awhile. It was a good stay. I would stay there again on my way back to California.
Positives: Hotel desk services.
Negatives: Location and get new towels.

Apparently the railroad trains only come thru Gallup at night, all night, blowing their horns from city line to city line, seemingly every 15 minutes.
Positives: Easy to find.
Negatives: A customer with very muddy boots came I early afternoon and it was not cleaned up the next day.
