Extremely nice hotel in downtown Albuquerque. I can't imagine there is a nicer hotel in Albuquerque.

Positives: Excellently maintained - high quality accommodations - everything looked brand new.

Negatives: Nothing.

An otherwise top flight stay was sorely disappointing, because of the tub drain which was undiscovered until bathing. This raised question a and concerns regarding rest of the room. Not typical of Hyatt fortunately, just the ABQ downtown.

Positives: Location.

Negatives: Human hair clogging tub drain, speaks poorly for rest of room- sheets clean or re-used.

We stayed at a Hampton Inn the night before that had a lot more extras at no cost. Good for business people on a company tab, but not for families or couples trying to stretch their dollars.

Positives: Location, clean, available through Priceline at a good price.

Negatives: No free HBO, extra charges for most extras, smaller room size.

Usually have a great experience but this time it was different.

Positives: The staff was very accommodating

Negatives: When we checked in the room was dirty. We called down to the desk and they sent someone to clean it . they did offer to move us but it was too late.

This hotel is very nice, but for the price you pay, there is minimal amenities. It's not a very welcoming or warm place.

Positives: The room was comfortable; restroom was nice.

Negatives: Too expensive.

This is a very nice hotel with many amenities. Trying to actually get there is a pain due to streets only going one way limited access.

Positives: The rooms are very nice, great amenities within the room, and staff is prompt and courteous.

Negatives: It is hard to get too, and the room service food needs to be upgraded.

Nice place, but you pay for parking. The parking thing is one of my major aggravations!

Positives: Good design, accommodating, clean.

Negatives: Pay for parking, which the Doubletree 2 blocks away.

We've stayed here every Christmas for the last 5 years. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Parking is convenient. Rooms are nice and clean. The beds and linens are comfortable.

Positives: Nice room, Starbucks in the building.

Negatives: I do hope that they upgrade all the rooms to flat panel televisions.

Very spacious clean rooms with a friendly staff! Very pleased!

Positives: Very clean.

Negatives: Pricey room service.

It is the Hyatt Regency, not a budget motel..

Positives: Very nice place, good location.

Negatives: Nothing

Nice hotel, very centrally located. Room was on 18th floor and was very quiet. Being a downtown location, there are a lot of street people in the area. Never approached but a felt a little uneasy at times.

Positives: Very central location.

Negatives: Parking is an issue, $16 for valet parking.

Positives: Unusually friendly, courteous staff.

Negatives: Nothing

Excellent! A hotel which we never could have afforded otherwise, without Priceline's help.

Positives: The staff.

Negatives: No microwave or refrigerator.

This is a very nice hotel, a high rise, with an attractive lobby and rooms. Although it was very upscale, I'd rather stay at a Holiday Inn or other hotel for less money that has free wireless internet access and no parking charges. They did have an office area in the lobby with computers available for no charge.

Positives: The hotel was clean and comfortable, and they gave a room with 2 beds.

Negatives: The charge for parking, the charge for wireless internet access.

This hotel is an exceptional value for the leisure traveler. The pet-friendly attitude extends to pets as well as people and the hotel staff is helpful and courteous regardless of the hour. I would recommend this hotel to anyone interested.

Positives: Valet staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Rooms were exceptionally spacious and clean.

Negatives: The difficulty and fee involved for wi-fi connection.

I was very unimpressed. Parking was horrible. We paid for an in and out pass and when we returned from dinner the lot was full. We were refereed to another lot, but were told we couldn't park there and had to drive around for a while until the lot emptied out a bit. I would think that they would make sure that parking was taken care of but the staff didn't seem to care. I also was annoyed that there was no coffee in the room I realize there is a Starbucks, but I usually like to have a quick cup before I have to go out and face the world.

Positives: The staff was friendly.

Negatives: Parking was horrible. Paid for a parking pass, but the lot filled up and other lots we were sent to wouldn't let us in to park.

I have not encountered such helpful and friendly staff at hotels of any star level in years. They are exceptional. I stayed at this hotel on my way home from Las Vegas where I stayed four nights in a five star hotel. The staff at this hotel were much better.

Positives: Friendliest staff at any hotel I've stayed with in many years.

Negatives: Needs newer, bigger, HD televisions. Very old.

This hotel was dirty and scary. We arrived close to 10 PM and there were homeless people hanging around the front entrance. Parking (which cost $16/day) was in a garage that my Ford F150 truck couldn't fit into. I just didn't feel like it was a safe place for my family.

Positives: The building was tall.

Negatives: Dirty.

I've stayed in less star hotel and had better appliances. Liked the pillows and the view very nice view 20th floor.

Positives: View and

Negatives: Poor investment in appliances TV furniture.

Liked the room layout, the bed linens, the parking &amp; lobby. It was an easy 2 block walk to the bars and restaurants downtown. Old town Albuquerque was minutes away. The view of the Sandia mountains from the 16th floor was awesome.

Positives: Classy, convenient to downtown and old town.

Negatives: Lobby was being renovated while I was there.

Reviewer: Not provided on Tue 08 Sep 2009 rated 5 out of 10.

Don't bother, unless you're walking or in a taxi. Parking is nearly impossible, and very expensive. No free parking for any guest, and their lot is almost always full of others not staying at the hotel. Next lot is a far walk.

Positives: Great staff.

Negatives: Terrible parking. No continental breakfast.

Reviewer: Not provided on Thu 03 Sep 2009 rated 4 out of 10.

Clean and Nice with a decent menu of food and good size rooms. I wasn't crazy about all of the small cost such as internet and parking.

Positives: Mountain view.

Negatives: Parking was very expensive and internet was $10 a day.

Reviewer: Not provided on Thu 04 Jun 2009 rated 8 out of 10.

Their parking garage is a bit tricky to get to and there was a lot of noise. The bed however was very comfortable. And the rooms are spacious, there is no hair dryer or no iron that we were able to locate, so make sure to bring your own along.

Positives: The easy access to keva juice and starbucks.

Negatives: You had to pay 5.00 for a bottle of water!

Positives: GREAT location - friendly staff.

Negatives: Nothing.

The location is ideal, being 1 block away from the convention center. The bell and front desk staff was very good. I was disappointed to find the pool was not in service, nor did they advertise it. After I left, I realized I left behind an item. When I called for a report, the person handling the report was short and<BR/>very rude.

Positives: The staff was very nice and helpful.

Negatives: The pool was not available, nor did it say so online.

I travel a lot with my children for business and leisure. I would recommend the Hyatt to other business and family acquaintances.

Positives: The location downtown was great. Restaurants, retail shops and Movie theater were close by.

Negatives: Access to the parking garage. Had to drive around the block for parking underneath.

Good atmosphere, great location, needs pool facility.

Positives: The location was good, the exercise facilities were good.

Negatives: The pool area was closed.

Reviewer: Not provided on Wed 31 Dec 2008 rated 9 out of 10.

Nice location near everything downtown and both interstates. It's a short drive to old town and is easy to find - its the baby pointy head building next to the bigger pointy head Bank of Albuquerque.

Positives: The toiletries are great, the furnishings are nice, and the views and windows are well above average.

Negatives: For the quality of the hotel, the paper products were abrasive and it sure would be nice to get the bottom fitted sheet rather than a flat sheet.

Reviewer: Not provided on Sun 09 Nov 2008 rated 7 out of 10.

This is a very nice, classy hotel with professional staff and numerous amenities. The hotel is conveniently located for downtown Albuquerque functions, which probably accounts for there seeming to be an attitude and overall atmosphere which caters to and encourages businesses/conventions, rather than travelling families.

Positives: It is a great location, with very helpful staff. The common space is beautiful.

Negatives: Parking was inconvenient and costly. My impression of the hotel restaurant was that they discouraged small children.

Reviewer: Not provided on Fri 12 Sep 2008 rated 9 out of 10.

Best for business traveler, many good restaurants within walking distance. No shopping center nearby.

Positives: The staff was exceptional.

Negatives: Door key did not work for gym. Restaurant under construction.
