I liked the hotel, easy access entry. Hard to get out of, had to go around back of hotel and hit another street to get out. Room was nice and I liked the TV. Something was wrong with the electric outlet by my bed, no light on clock, couldn't tell what time it was at night and light went out and wouldn't come on. I went to all day meetings got back and all was fixed. Nice hotel though.

Positives: The room was beautiful and different, staff very friendly.

Negatives: Didn't get my wakeup call-missed appointment.

We have no complaint of the hotel, just the problem of city security, which seems to be pretty general in the city.

Positives: As usual Hampton Inn is our choice; beds are a great asset, very good breakfast, all around acceptable.

Negatives: Access to the motel was challenging as we were pulling a trailer.
