It is very much catered to business travelers and not leisure. If I were on business it would have been a great choice, but not for a vacation and especially not if we had brought our children.

Positives: It was very clean and nice. We didn't get to pick our room, would have liked a king not a double double.

Negatives: There was no hot tub and the pool was tiny and not open very late.

I found the hotel nicely and warmly decorated; the room was very clean; the staff welcoming and friendly.

Positives: Friendly staff, location near shopping, and clean.

Negatives: Parking fee was not mentioned upfront.

It was a very nice hotel, nice staff, could always get on the Internet.

Positives: Location was great and so was staff!

Negatives: Reminder..parking is $10, but I knew beforehand.

Bad service remote didn't work and got stuck on the elevator got treated to free dinner, but wasn't good overall<BR/>I would rate this hotel a 5.

Positives: Bed

Negatives: Mostly everything.

Staff at the Hyatt, sells their hotel, always feel welcome and special. Staff at the Doubletree makes you feel tolerated. Lobby and restaurant decor expressed this same feeling, clean sterile, not warm welcome.

Positives: Liked cleanliness, location, and room comfort.

Negatives: Treat as a 2nd class people,

The hotel was very nice, the staff very friendly. Ice machine on our floor never worked during 3 day stay. Disconcerted to find out the hotel has rooms with only a sofa bed to sleep on. Luckily there was another room available when we checked in since there were 3 adults. Other than that everything was perfect.

Positives: Very comfortable beds and large rooms.

Negatives: Parking is $10/day. Lot has tiny spaces and was always full.

Overall, great! We have stayed there several times and will continue too.

Positives: Great service!

Negatives: Beds were small.

Nice place to stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Room and bathroom were kind of small.

Positives: Clean, convenient location, and friendly staff.

Everything in the room was what you would expect at a Doubletree. However, our room had 2 Queen beds and it felt pretty cramped. The bathroom was very small and it was frustrating trying to get ready with another person in the small space. I can't imagine how hectic it would be if you had more than 2 people.

Positives: Room was clean and front desk staff was friendly.

Negatives: Room was smaller than expected; hotel vicinity didn't feel safe.

The room we were given would have been better suited to a person traveling alone. The bed was too small for two persons. The window did not have drapes so we were awake before 6am because of the sunlight coming in. The shower drain backed up and my feet burned for two days from whatever they have used to try to unclog the drain. The bed was clean and there were adequate towels in the bathroom.

Positives: Location, easy check-in/check-out/ friendly staff.

Negatives: Room too small, bed small for two full-sized persons, no drapes on window, shower drain backed up, light bulb missing in bathroom.

Ridiculous service fees for food, the restaurant was terribly slow and the quality of food was marginal. Didn't like they charge $10/day to park at the hotel!

Positives: Nice rooms.

Negatives: Service was terrible at restaurant.

The hotel was good for the star level advertised and the money I paid through Priceline. It is located in downtown. So, it would appeal more to the business Traveller.

Positives: The location, room, beds, cleanliness, decor, free internet.

Negatives: The $10 parking fee, no refrigerator in the room, swimming pool closed.

Nice property. The lobby has a strange layout, but the staff is very friendly. Parking is not included in the price of the room, but we found street parking for free nearby. Nice room. Wish they provided a small fridge. Friendly staff.

Positives: Be sure to request the 'Sandia' side of the property. Fantastic views!

Negatives: Huge gap at the bottom of the room door. Allows for lots of hallway noise, especially if you are near elevators.

It was fine for motel, but too big and crowded for us.

Positives: Comfortable bed and internet connection.

Negatives: Small halls, slow elevator, commercial neighborhood.

Check in was prompt as well as check out. Rollaway bed was comfortable as well as the King size. Bathrooms were a bit cold but the room temp was great.

Positives: The bed was wonderful and rooms were large.

Negatives: We had to have a rollaway bed in one room because only king were available.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. However, I left my hair straightener, and I had to call 3 times to speak with someone and before anyone got back to me.

Positives: The location and the beds.

Negatives: Paid parking and the TV.
