Everyone who stays at the Aztec Ocean Resort must be age 18 or older unless accompanied by a parent. If you are under 21 and your parents are not staying in the room with you, WE WILL NOT RENT TO YOU. The ONLY exception to this rule is during prom season. A 150USD security deposit per room with guests 21 years of age or under may be required at check in or at the discretion of management. The security deposit is used towards any damages and any fees management deems necessary and required to offset additional costs created by guests that are above normal use.

Guests are liable for damages and costs will be charged to the credit card on file. Proper ID and valid credit card required at check in.
