Mansion has two bedrooms, upstairs, with shared bath, each at $75 + tax;
one suite, downstairs with private bath @ $ 110 + tax; also can rent adjacent one-bedroom cottage with bath for $125 + tax, cottage will accommodate children @ $ 15 + tax per child.

Prices include a full breakfast.
