It was a great place to stop and rest during our road trip.
Positives: Nice soaps, soft towels, soft beds.
Negatives: Had to walk through very smoky section of the casino with the baby to get to the buffet.

Hotel was clean and attractive and not expensive. Also located along the Colorado River. The hotel had great accessibility to use of the river from lounging on the beach, to using jet skis or a boat. Very nice! Also really loved the food in the Beach Cafe and the Market Square dinner buffet.
Positives: Really enjoyed its location along the Colorado River--beautiful!
Negatives: Located further away from other Laughlin casinos and hotels--could be good thing or bad depending on your point of view.

I like this hotel and would go back.
Positives: It was clean & had good boat parking.
Negatives: The check in took a little longer and the wait staff took a while to come around on Friday night.

Took forever to check in - several of the clerks were slow as snails, not very efficient. Once checked in though, we did enjoy our little break. Took a ride up the river, suntanned on the little beach ate a Cinnabon and had fun.
Positives: The little beach area down below was really fun to enjoy.
Negatives: Prices at the restaurant were way to high for a place/location/hotel like this. So, ate elsewhere.

Its at the end of the road, but was clean and nice.
Positives: Economical.
Negatives: Parking was difficult, and I thought breakfast was included.

The food in hotel is just fine. But the rooms are old and needs some work. The beds where so uncomfortable I couldn't sleep. And when I went to shower to wake up in morning, well lets just say don't use to much soap. Its water pressure was a 3. Horrible way to wake up after not even sleeping. Needs some work.

Positives: The food is better than the hotel rooms.
Negatives: The rooms are small and shower is horrible. Beds so uncomfortable I couldn't sleep.

Room was large and very nice.
Positives: Loved the location on the Colorado river.

Better than we expected. Got an excellent room rate price from priceline.com ($24 per night) & the facilities were great. Only issue was with the beds. They were lumpy. We did bring that to the attention of the manager after checking out & we were told the room we had was an older room & they are in the process of replacing that mattresses in those rooms. We could have mentioned that earlier during our stay we were told & they would have been replaced on the spot. So our concerns were met promptly & professionally & I would suspect that if a customer had other issues they would be met the same way. We will definitely come back to this hotel.
Positives: Price & location.
Negatives: Both double beds had lumpy mattresses.

We'd traveled through Laughlin a few times, and found most of the casinos to be similar to Reno, large and smoky, with some upscale touches. We were very pleasantly surprised when Harrahs not only met but exceeded our needs with a very nice room, reached through the non-smoking section of the casino. The pool areas were beautiful, and the location was excellent. Overall, a very nice stay!
Positives: Non smoking casino area - allowed us to walk to our room smoke-free.
Negatives: First room had funny smell. Switched to a new room which still had slight odor.

I come to Laughing to play during the day in the water and leisure at night, my first stay at Harrah's would rather stay closer to the public launch ramp next time.
Positives: Beach to river, gaming table service.
Negatives: No public boat ramp, buffet checker rude.

Clean, not luxurious, but surprisingly comfortable. Nice to have fast food options in the hotel for the kids, but very Smokey (although our smoke-free room was very comfortable). They definitely skimped on toiletries such as shampoo (no shower cap, mouthwash, etc)
Positives: The beds were very comfortable.
Negatives: Walking through the casino was awful due to smoke.

Overall, i would definitely stay again as it was clean and hospitality was great but the pool hours are short and the hot tub wasn't working while we where there.
Positives: It was very clean and comfortable.
Negatives: The elevators are very slow and had long lines waiting to get on at all times and the pool hours are short.

Considering their financial problems, the hotel staff were very good, friendly, etc. Prices in shops, restaurants high (not surprising.)I'm wondering if we will get a rebate on your charges since they reduced them on their end.
Positives: They comped a lot of our charges including reducing total below your charge.
Negatives: No microwave available.

I did not feel special at all. I thought Harrah's would be a special place to stay. I did not feel like it was any better than my own bedroom.
Positives: Convenient to the parking space we had.
Negatives: No extra chairs in the room and no table.

Ok except for not fixing the air conditioning.
Positives: Room was spacious, bed comfortable; plasma TV was terrific.
Negatives: Air conditioning in room was poor. Reported it, but they only offered me a smoking room. Not impressed.

The hotel itself was great. After visiting the other hotels in Laughlin I realized that the other hotels were more suited for my family. We felt like the Harrah's had a lot of seniors and not too many exciting things to do for us. I think it's perfect for an elderly couple. Although we did have a nice relaxing time.
Positives: I liked the view from my hotel room.
Negatives: Too far from the other hotels. Not as fun for little children.

This hotel has really gone down hill. My sink was clogged, vanity broken and the rooms smelled. Elevator lines were always big at all hours of the day.
Positives: It had a pool.
Negatives: Run down.
