We stayed here because the price was reasonable compared to the prices being charged on the strip for this particular weekend. There was no hotel shuttle, but we were able to obtain our own transportation via another shuttle company. Check in was a breeze. We loved the room, it was very quiet. I guess we were expecting the monorail to be closer, the trek was long and the area isn't the nicest neighborhood. They may want to consider shuttle service to and from the Convention Center. We requested towels at the pool when we used it one evening, they said to look under at the table with the tarp, they should be under the tarp, but they would bring some. We looked under the tarp, no towels. An hour later we called from the pool phone and was told housekeeping would bring them right away and that it's a good thing it's not cold outside. That's not the point, the point is we didn't want to drip all over their tile floor by going inside wet. No towels a half hour later either. So we went inside and dripped all over the tile in front of the elevators. Hope nobody slipped. The staff seems stressed and grumpy. One guy thinks he's too cool for school and doesn't acknowledge anyone standing right in front of him, I should've gotten his name. Somebody else came and assisted us from another room a few minutes later. Very strange.
Positives: The room was enormous, very comfortable, and QUIET.
Negatives: No towels at the pool, unhelpful, far from monorail.

Overall very good, but the lack of free WiFi bothered me. Especially since its a business hotel. The pool was clean, and had a whirlpool. I really enjoyed my stay here.
Positives: The rooms were very clean and the beds highly comfortable.
Negatives: Extra charge for WiFi.

Very nice, the room design with the small living area allows for more comfort. Very pleasant for unwinding. Did not have the crazy Vegas busy ness so our stay was so much better. ample parking, no crowding, no waiting. Loved it.
Positives: Not crazy like the LV strip -- chill -- classy.
Negatives: NA

The hotel was clean, with large suite. Good sitting area, large TV with HD channels. It is across the street from the Las Vegas Convention Center, so if you have business or activities there, just walk.
Positives: Large room, nice TV, convenient parking, and close to LV Convention Center.
Negatives: Internet service is not free..

Positives: I liked how the room had it's own small living room diving the bedroom and sofa bed.
Negatives: In order to get a room with 2 queen beds; there is an additional $25 charge.

We would definitely stay there again.
Positives: Our first room had dirty stained carpet. We called down to the front desk and were immediately offered a different room.
Negatives: First room carpets were dirty. Walls were thin. Could hear neighbor cursing at the TV. Vomit in the parking garage, but this was Vegas!

It was really close to the strip, and we did not have to waste time driving to strip. The rooms were clean. The sofa bed in the room was very uncomfortable and the blanket provided for the sofa bed was not good.
Positives: Clean room and close to strip.
Negatives: Small lobby and old rooms.

The Marriott Suites were clean, comfortable, and attractive. Unlike the nearby casinos, the focus was on making us feel at home. Coffee makers and in-room refrigerators were provided, which is very abnormal for Las Vegas where the focus is on getting you into the casinos. Of course, there is no smoky casino located at the facilities, but a nearby monorail station can get you to most anywhere along the Strip in minutes. During this trip, my wife and I stayed at the Plaza (on Fremont Street) and the Luxor. Without a doubt, the only hotel that I would seek out again is the Marriott Suites. It was a pleasure to stay there.
Positives: Clean, comfortable, attractive, friendly staff, amenities included coffee maker, refrigerator, pool, and gym.
Negatives: Location; it's a bit of a walk (even to the monorail station).

Negatives: Nothing.

My experience was horrible. There was a cockroach in my room, the size of a small mouse. Some of the staff was nice, but one guy thought it was funny that I complained about the cockroach. When I complained about the room, they offered to give me a free breakfast (that I turned down). I don't believe that hotel deserves a three star rating; and if I wanted cockroaches in my room I would have chosen a one star hotel. I would never return to that hotel, besides it has a really bad location.
Positives: It had a business area, with a computer and free internet access.
Negatives: Cockroach infestation, bad location, handicap room, rude staff (one guy laughed at me), over priced, no bath tub ( handicap room), stains on the rug.

Comfort, and cleanness.
Positives: Excellent quality in sum total, but cost is able to be more competitive.
Negatives: I think its location. It's better to closer to the main strip.

Negatives: Not much.

Staff was not very good at giving transportation info. When asked how other people usually get around the town, all she said was people spend a lot of money with taxi. This was not true since there was a monorail station just one block from the hotel. Also, she informed us that we had to walk around 4 miles to go to the main strip which was actually 0.4 miles. Not helpful at all!
Positives: Very clean, loved the spacious room.
Negatives: Location.
