Large room, but velvet couch was just plain ugly. Housekeeping was poor. Like all casino hotels, no coffee without walking a mile, standing in line and paying ridiculous prices. Pool closed at 7:00 p.m.- odd since they charge a resort fee without any resort amenities except the pool. I won't stay there again.
Positives: The room was huge.
Negatives: Staff did not clean the room until 5:30 pm despite calling at 3:00 to complain. Next day the same thing.

Amazing views and awesome decor. This hotel exceeded my expectations and had no issues to report. The concierge was helpful, the pool was quiet and relaxing, the room was large and spacey. I recommend this hotel to anyone.
Positives: Staff and rooms.
Negatives: Having to go to a coffee shop to get a newspaper.

The Palazzo is a upscale hotel and casino. We had 3 flat screen TVs (1st-bathroom, 2nd-bedroom, 3rd-den area and DVD player). If you enjoy upscale shopping (ex. Diane Von Furstenberg, Barney's, so many more right at the hotel). Love it. Will visit again.
Positives: Loved hotel room 700+ sq. feet lots of room.
Negatives: Nothing.

Very friendly front desk staff and helpful recommending places to visit and how to navigate the hotel. Rooms, 3 TVs, walk down living area with table desk and L couch, automatic blinds, separate tub and shower. All great services however the toilet had its own room and it was very dimly lit, like the back pool tables in a shady bar. Oh well.
Positives: Huge rooms.
Negatives: A lot of unnecessary luxuries.

The hotel was amazing, i took my family for the first time to Vegas and they just adored this hotel. Everything is amazing. If you don't want to walk to much try to get a room close to elevators other than that I have no other recommendations
Positives: The lobby, the air conditioning was amazing compared to all the hotels, so clean and you feel so safe.
Negatives: Nothing

very opulent furnishings that gave the experience a "rock-star" feeling. Every appointment in the room added to the sense of elegance. Great view of the Treasure Island outdoor show was a bonus.
Positives: Very plush furnishings and elegant setting.
Negatives: This was still pricey.

Our stay was fabulous! The room was so luxurious we loved hanging out in it. It was very easy to navigate around the hotel and convenient to get to the strip. We will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to everyone!
Positives: Room size and style; elevator music, cleanliness, coffee bean, shopping, decor and more.
Negatives: Some pools were closed, no coffee pot in room.

Beautiful hotel right on the Vegas Strip, and the room and staff were excellent. It will be hard to top my experience at this hotel with another hotel.
Positives: Gorgeous 1st class hotel and accommodations.
Negatives: I could not beat the roulette tables.

If you want service don't got to this hotel the front desk is horrible concierge as well. Worst Vegas hotel stay I have ever had will not ever be going back to this place. They don't maintain the grounds either in the elevators was lots of wrappers and dirt like it does not get cleaned ever. No bellmen to open doors it doesn't deserve the rating they currently have.
Positives: The good thing about the hotel was the cleaning lady she did a good job.
Negatives: They really need to work on customer service skills. there are no bellmen that actually open the doors.

I've stayed at the sister tower to this hotel, and enjoyed this even more. It was beautiful, quiet, elegant and delicious food and kept very clean.
Positives: It was a great location on the strip, beautiful spacious room, amenities and pool were great, lots of restaurants and shopping.
Negatives: The pool is noisy because of the club that runs during the day, minimum table for blackjack $15.

A small step down from the venetian. Larger step down from Wynn. It was a great place to stay.
Positives: Overall, it was nicely appointed. Room was spacious, clean & quiet.
Negatives: Over priced! Too many people, they almost ran you over in their haste to get where they were headed.

I loved the all suite makeup of the hotel, rooms are giant with bath AND stall shower, 3 flat screen TV's and even a sectional sofa in the step-down living area.
Positives: Step-down area that contained flat screen TV, sectional sofa, desk, table and chairs.
Negatives: Long walk to elevator.

The rooms are spacious in this hotel, but what in Las Vegas isn't these days. While promoting them selves as opulent, it is nice but not necessarily 5 star.
Positives: Spacious rooms.
Negatives: Not as high end feeling as expected.

Positives: The room was amazing and the restaurant we went to (sushisamba) was delicious.

The staff was rude to us when we checked in. My friend went back to ask a question and they were taking about us behind our back. And the food made me and my friend sick.
Positives: The bed was alright.
Negatives: The staff. And the food.

The Palazzo is a hotel complex that has discarded reality and has created its own. The lobby the rooms all over the top, leaves you feeling as Nero must of felt in his palaces. The resort charge was in line with those unavoidable hidden cost that plague the travel industry today. I didn't use the pool or one of its amazing fitness centers, but still it cost me $20.00 for a resort fee. The room was amazing in all respects, and the bed was as comfortable as any I have ever slept in. Would I stay there again, I would if I got the same Priceline discount again.
Positives: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Negatives: $33 hamburger and fries via room service, no coffee maker in room.

The hotel was amazing, check in was a breeze, room was luxurious without being stuffy. Pools were lots of fun, great vibe. The spa was equally impressive with fantastic amenities and great staff as well.
Positives: Service was impeccable! Room was stunning! Spa amazing.
Negatives: Easy to get lost. Pool drink service slow.

Customer service was less than expected compared to other 5 star rating hotels I have experienced. From initial check-in onwards, I was left with the feeling that they were trying to catch up to make things better, versus allowing the customer to feel welcomed and cared for.
Positives: Location, view rooms.
Negatives: Hotel seemed unprepared and kept apologizing for everything which indicated less than optimal service.

They need to bring their front desk and bell desk up to the standards in the rest of the hotel. Wynn & Bellagio shine over the experience, which is too bad. They also tried to charge a $19/day "resort fee" for Internet<BR/>and spa access, which I did not need and it was not listed on your pricing. They did remove it.
Positives: Beautiful, great location, great energy.
Negatives: Service! Unacceptable to wait 20 min - 45 min

My husband and I spent the weekend at the Palazzo and we were extremely pleased with our stay. The room was beautiful and clean, which is an important factor for us. We will definitely stay at this lovely hotel again.
Positives: It is luxurious, beautiful and very clean.
Negatives: There was no buffet to eat at for breakfast. Had to go to the Wynn to eat.

Love the classy, modern decor. The staff is always friendly and helpful - however, during peak times the concierge wait can be over 15 minutes. Otherwise, service is attentive to detail and housekeeping does a good job in maintaining cleanliness. Even though there is a lively casino attached, for some reason the noise level was never bothersome.
Positives: Classy decor, friendly staff, quick service, and clean.
Negatives: Furnishings were slightly worn.

One of the most luxurious and newest hotels in Vegas. This hotel has every amenity you'd expect from a 5 star property.
Positives: Excellent location, luxurious accommodations, free valet or self park, spectacular view.
Negatives: Nothing.

The Palazzo was all you expected of a 4/5 star hotel on the strip in Vegas. It was beautiful, had nice rooms, close to attractions, close to other casinos and had a wide variety of choices and comfortable, quiet romantic rooms. The help was very courteous and friendly. Upon checking out, I was asked 4 times by four different people how I enjoyed my stay. My only criticism is that the restaurants, even the light dining or casual ones, were very expensive.
Positives: New, well operated, beautiful building, convenient to entertainment, wide variety of dining options.
Negatives: Expensive restaurants.
Reviewer: Not provided on Mon 01 Dec 2008 rated 10 out of 10.
Probably one of the most high end hotels on the strip. Rooms are large and well furnished with three flat screens. Washroom was also spacious and luxurious, with double sink, both a tub and shower, and separate room for the toilet.
Positives: Great room, great restaurants, great location and free parking.
Negatives: Didn't like that the internet connection was an extra fee.
Reviewer: Not provided on Sat 29 Nov 2008 rated 10 out of 10.
Beautiful room in a great hotel that was centrally located in the Vegas strip. The marble bathrooms and 3 flat screen TVs were a big hit with the kids. Great selection of restaurants to choose from. Even though we didn't hit the tables, there was plenty to keep us amused.
Positives: The beauty of the rooms and the attention to detail was superior.
Negatives: No in-room coffee machine.
Reviewer: Not provided on Tue 18 Nov 2008 rated 10 out of 10.
This by far was the most beautiful and luxurious. The staff was also extremely friendly - no attitude, which was refreshing!
Positives: Absolutely gorgeous rooms, and amazingly spacious as well.
Negatives: Nothing!

Spacious, light, elegant. Nice variety of food and entertainment (Dos Caminos, Rest. Charlie, Sportsbook, Lavo). Casino not loud, dark or noisy and not too smoky. Many pool options.
Positives: Room suites were spacious and bright.
Negatives: Took 45 min. to get our bags.
Reviewer: Not provided on Tue 07 Oct 2008 rated 6 out of 10.
No Customer Service, staff was not good, weak Casino service, room service was not good and mini bar was over priced.
Positives: Nice size room and great location.
Negatives: Staff was horrible, zero Customer Service, lines way too long at the desk considering I paid for the top suite and I wanted the service.

Outstanding service and hospitality. Although housekeeping enters your room a little too often, I would definitely stay here again.
Positives: The ambiance and the service.
Negatives: Housekeeping barges into the room too often.

Negatives: Very expensive.

Everything was great, and you can find everything within either the Palazzo or Venetian which were basically the same hotel since they were attached by a hallway. The rooms were the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in. The only thing I do not recommend was the 40/40 Club. We stopped to grab a quick bite and a drink. Food was awful.
Positives: Unbelievable rooms.
Negatives: Terrible food, terrible service.
