Smoke Free in Vegas. Such a plus. Clean, Updated, Very comfortable. Food is costly but the staff is great.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great view from our room of the golf course, and
close to the strip. This hotel has no casino so it is a nice escape from the madness of the other hotels around. Close enough to visit with none of the problems gambling can bring.

Positives: Friendly staff.

Negatives: TV

Gorgeous lobby, easy parking, nice (but small) pool area. Happy with the fridge, the gym and no resort fee. Unhappy with a very uncomfortable, poky mattress!

Every time we bid on priceline, we hope to get the Renaissance Hotel. The hotel and room are fair though the location does not seem safe if it's your first time (off the strip). Again, we're been here many times and know the safety around us; it's safe! We like staying at Renaissance Hotel for one deal - pool flexible hours. The pool is very clean and well kept. If you're in Las Vegas for business and relaxing without the casino hooray, then you will enjoy your time @ Renaissance Hotel.

Positives: Stay here many times; location not great but the flexible pool hours made up for everything!

Negatives: Location

This is a lovely hotel & if you are lucky enough to get the right people, you will be treated wonderfully. Otherwise, you will just be one of the numbers. The higher rooms have lovely views. Nice little refrigerator; however, the coffee was bleak. I am sure they wanted you to order room service coffee. However, we would go again at the great Priceline price that we were able to get!

Positives: The head valet & concierge were both more than wonderful.

Negatives: The desk clerks & other staff seemed that they cared less.

After checking in,
I took a shower that had left the floor wet it was obvious that it had been leaking for sometime. Bed way too uncomfortable. Didn't dare take my socks off. The carpet was dirty.

Positives: Swimming pool.

Negatives: Leaking shower, carpets old and dirty!

We arrived late after 10:00 pm, went down for something to eat. Only the bar area open. Took quite awhile to get service. Didn't receive water for at least 10 min. not many people in the area.

Positives: Priceline got a good price for the room.

Negatives: Coffeemaker was broken, called for replacement. Never replaced.

I loved that this hotel was clean & smoke free! That's hard to find in Vegas. Staff was very polite. We didn't eat in the hotel but it sure did smell yummy! We stayed in a room with 2 doubles. These were the small! But super comfortable! Loved the room. Loved the cleanliness and space!

Positives: It was clean, quiet and smoke free!

Negatives: I did not include complimentary breakfast.

Staff is unfriendly and not helpful. We stayed 2 nights and booked 2 nights at another hotel. Restaurants were very expensive. Most of all, we were there on business and thus needed to use the Internet, and they charge for in-room Internet service, and at the business center, they charge you too. This hotel "nickels and dime" you for everything.

Positives: Very clean, bed is comfortable and well kept room.

Negatives: They charge you for everything..internet use. This is supposed to be a business hotel.

We will be staying here again.

Positives: Love

Negatives: The 1 ply toilet paper. Come on this is suppose to be upscale.

The first thing we noticed after arriving at the hotel is that the parking lot is so close to the lobby and the guest rooms, unlike other big name hotels on the strip. The hotel is clean and well-maintained and the staff is friendly. Our room was cozy and the bathroom was AWESOME (I'm kind of a clean freak who cannot stand dirty bathroom). Overall, Renaissance Las Vegas met our expectation. We will definitely go back!

Positives: The hotel is clean, welcoming and the staff was friendly.

Negatives: None.

Very nice hotel if you have a car rented especially. Not too far from the strip, but far enough to be out of the high traffic areas.

Positives: Big room, great bed, very clean, nice stay.

Negatives: Long walk from garage to elevators/room, long wait for valet and luggage.

Overall it was a nice hotel. I would stay there again. The only flaws was a torn spot on the carpet and I wish that the beds were queen size instead of full size.

Positives: Parking was not a problem. Hotel staff was very nice and professional.

Negatives: Wish that they had queen beds instead of full. Beds were small.

My wife, 2-yr-old, and I got in late Friday night after dealing with the traffic, noise and smoke. This hotel was quiet, clean, and new. Our room had a good view, great bed, nice TV, desk, chair, etc. The bathroom has separate shower and tub. The air conditioning didn't circulate well and the pool was cold in the morning but overall we were really happy with our stay.

Positives: Very nice accommodations for a GREAT price.

Negatives: Cigarette butts all around the pool. Air conditioning didn't circulate well.

Just a dressed up 2.5 star hotel, really offers nothing special. No free Wi-Fi, middling food choices. Handy if you are going to something at the convention center.

Positives: This was an Unremarkable hotel.

Negatives: Way over priced, even with the 60% off the usual price.

The Renaissance Hotel in Las Vegas enabled me to walk to my show being held at the Convention Center. The doormen always opened the doors for us and got cabs fast, like immediately. We appreciated this top service and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Vegas. No casino - so no smoking! How cool is that? Did not leave smelling like a cigarette!

Positives: Efficient, clean, up to date decor - trendy colors, nice people.

Negatives: Nothing, all was good!

The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. Chemicals in the pool caused an allergic reaction for my husband and daughter.

Positives: I liked the smoke free environment.

Negatives: People in the room next to us were loud and obnoxious all hours of the night and the hotel switched our room, but did not compensate us for the inconvenience.

This is a clean and comfortable hotel. Very nice. Good place to stay. It is completely smoke free which is awesome! The parking is pretty strange and very weird.

Positives: Very clean, very comfortable. Smoke fee and casino free! Close to monorail.
