For anyone who enjoys the typical Vegas atmosphere and wants to get away from all of the activity during quite time, the Grandview is ideal.
Positives: It is on Las Vegas Blvd, but the opposite end of all of the activity. I like to return to the quiet area.
Negatives: It does not have restaurants within the building.

Great place but lots of construction in the facility I stayed in with view of building materials and equipment. Previous stay in other building next to main pool was much nicer.
Positives: Double suites.
Negatives: No patio area in room for a resort.

The value is excellent. The rooms are very clean and well stocked. They don't have a restaurant on site but several are located across the street at the South Point Hotel. We would stay here again.
Positives: The room was very inviting.
Negatives: They need more parking.

We stayed here for 4 nights. We don't usually bring out kids when we go to Vegas but decided to this time. This resort was perfect for our family vacation. We were farther away from the strip than we usually stay but the amenities at the resort made up for that. Very cozy, beds were nice and having a fully equipped kitchen was the best. Staff at the hotel were very friendly with directions and recommendations.
Positives: The pool areas at this hotel were awesome, very convenient.
Negatives: Location is a farther away from the strip then we would have hoped.

The surroundings and accommodations were top-notch. Clean, appealing, comfortable and very affordable. The "living" space was more than adequate. It was more "apartment" living than hotel living. A washer/dryer was available in the unit, a full service kitchen with all utensils provided. Very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a delightful stay.
Positives: The accommodations were extraordinary - clean, pleasant, cheerful, helpful, just simply lovely.
Negatives: I cannot tell you something that I did not like - there wasn't anything that I did not like. It was a great experience.

Good location if you have a car, not a lot of parking spaces. Overall nice stay.
Positives: Rooms were very nice and comfortable.
Negatives: Did not change out towels.

Despite the construction going on in the morning which usually woke me up, everything was nice. The room, the pool, the fitness center. But if you came home too late, finding a nearby parking space to your building would be difficult, but not so much of an issue.
Positives: Room was nice and spacious. Amenities were good. Casino next door, so easy to walk to.
Negatives: Construction was going on in the morning so you couldn't sleep in if you wanted to.

The accommodations were beautiful, very luxurious for being located 10 minutes away from the strip. Very family friendly, I am a single mom with 3 children aged 14,12 and 10 and we were made to feel very welcome. The hotel was very busy and the only drawback was the staff did not meet our simple requests of more towels and an extra blanket. Other than that the Hotel went above and beyond my expectations.
Positives: Luxurious rooms, the pool and Jacuzzi areas were exceptionally clean and relaxing. Family friendly for children aged 14,12,10 and a great value.
Negatives: The plumbing was broken the minute we checked in and was unavailable for 2 hours. Ordered towels and extra blanket which never arrived.

Rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-stocked. Far from the strip, but the casino next door provides opportunities for gambling and dining. I loved the hotel and would definitely stay here again.
Positives: Price was great and accommodations were comfortable.
Negatives: No DVD's available for rent, and key cards kept demagnetizing.

Our experience was wonderful. They booked us in smoking, we asked them to change it and they did without hassle. The only thing I would have changed would be the parking. It was hard to find a spot anywhere, much less near your room, especially at night.
Positives: Amazing. Everything was great. I would recommend it to anyone.
Negatives: There was not enough parking. You had to hike to get back to the room.

Overall the place was pretty nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean & comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.
Positives: The rooms were beautiful, good views, relaxing, comfortable.
Negatives: I didn't like waiting a day and a half for a TV remote.

The location is farther from the strip, but the facility is modern, nice and quiet we will definitely look to stay here again.
Positives: The room was comfortable and had some amenities that I liked.
Negatives: The bathtub could have been cleaner.

The rooms are very spacious and the kitchen is a very cost saving addition. The jet bath tub has enough room for two adults to relax comfortably. The only real complaint is the amount of noise that permeates between rooms and from the outside. Could have used more sound proofing. Also, construction is occurring at this time in the complex and the workers arrive and begin work (very loud) before 7AM and of course it can be heard in the room. We would stay there again and hope that our neighbors are as courteous as the ones we had this time.
Positives: Spacious, kitchen, very friendly staff, away from the traffic and clutter of the strip but close enough to the strip.
Negatives: Rooms are not sound friendly. Easy to hear neighbors even when they are just talking.

This hotel was fabulous and will use this hotel again.
Positives: It was beyond my expectations, I would tell more to try this hotel.
Negatives: The only problems were trying to find a parking spot.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in comfort, design and room ammenities. It was exactly what I was looking for and exceptionally affordable. The room was new, clean, quiet and decorated very nicely. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was packed with everything you would need to cook meals, and having a washer and dryer made my week stay wonderful. I would stay here again and again and recommend to all my friends and family. This place is a hidden gem, hopefully the prices won't go up! I like the fact that is located some distance from the strip but there is also a casino right next door and only 1 block from the highway. I felt very safe and secure and saw security walking the grounds when I came home late at night. I liked that the room also had a safe which you could activate for $10. My view from the room was of the pool and mountains which was beautiful. The pool was heated and clean. There was a fitness room that was also clean with nice new equipment. There was an on site deli that served food as well as sold a few groceries for your room such as eggs, bread, bacon, milk, orange juice, yogurt etc. The only drawback was that since they are still under construction there was a shortage of parking spots at night. So if you came back late, you would be stuck driving around looking for a parking spot and either parking in a lot far from your room or on the street, so some nights it was a bit of a hike to walk.
Positives: 1 bedroom apartment with full kitchen, washer dryer, large shower, Jacuzzi tub, quiet, off the strip and safe.
Negatives: There was not enough parking at night, which meant driving around looking and ultimately parking far from your room or even on the street.

Brand new 800sq ft suites. Very nice. Obviously a time share, but no attempt was made to sell us anything. It appears they are renting rooms to pay expenses while they sell out their memberships. Any way it is a great room at a great price. The only drawback is that it is five miles south of the strip near the South Point Casino, but this is an easy drive on I-15.
Positives: Brand new 800 sq ft suites.
Negatives: Toilet seats uncomfortable - opening unusually large.

For business travelers this is a hotel that is 6 miles south of the airport away from the LV strip. There is no reasonable transportation to and from the hotel and the strip. Unless business travelers are renting a car, they should never stay at this hotel. The room was never serviced in the 3 nights I stayed there.
Positives: Next to a casino that had food 24 hours.
Negatives: They never serviced the room during the 3 days I was there.
