This is big hotel with plenty of amenities and other things. But the hotel is preparing itself for class action law suite. At check out they charge you for things you did not use. They advertise free 10 minutes for internet at the business center. They charged every customer for it, whether you visited the center or not. There is wifi at one coffee shop in the hotel and it is free but the hotel charge you for it whether you used it or not. I did not come with computer. They said that parking is free but they turn around a charge you for it whether you came with a car or not. There is a laundry list of what you pay for at check out. Priceline did not tell you about this. The hotel itself will not tell you about it at check-in. It is an ambush. I hope some legal action is taken against this hotel for illegal business practice.
Positives: To some extent it is clean. The ladies who prepare the rooms are nicer, helpful and friendlier.
Negatives: At check out the billed me $6 each day I stayed for parking, free internet, wifi which I did not use.

I will not be returning here since there are so many other hotels to choose from in Vegas. The rooms were clean and spacious enough but not very comfortable. No instructions on the use of the coffee maker, which lead us to believe we had no carafe. I thought the amenities were sparse. I did not like how much hallway noise could be heard from the room, or how smelly the hallways were. Since we were traveling without children, would have liked to stay near others without children. We had them around us and they were not quiet. Hotel should have notified us of the lack of transportation options for the holiday. Luckily the second bell captain we asked told us about the road closures and gave us suggestions on how to get around. Neither of them were very friendly or courteous. You could use an info person who is courteous. The girl who checked us in was very courteous and friendly.
Positives: Free parking, the breakfasts were decent.
Negatives: Uncomfortable mattress, no extra blankets or pillows in room, only provided one bath towel for each of us, smelly and noisy hallway.

Lots of restaurants on property, a pool, a movie theater, gambling, coffee shop with free WiFi. I liked that there was plenty to do without having to go out and get in a hot car to drive somewhere. The room itself was great, other than no free WiFi. Huge upscale bathroom and a sitting area were nice touches.
Positives: Everything is right there on the property.
Negatives: No free WiFi in the room, and the pool was closed.

The room was very clean, very large, and spacious. Bed was comfortable. The restaurant (coffee shop) was nice, food OK, and service was good. A little pricey for a coffee shop. The only negative was being charged an extra $5.00 for some phony "Resort Fee."
Positives: The price I got through Priceline was very good. Nice, large room.
Negatives: I did not like being charged a "Resort Fee" on top of the price I paid Priceline.

Like<BR/>I said, this hotel is a great place for everyone because it has a place for kids, restaurants built inside, and really complex.
Positives: Everything was great because this hotel is a good place for everyone to stay.
Negatives: Nothing!

The hotel was family friendly and we had no problem checking in and out. The room was very nice and our view of the mountains was a nice treat we were not expecting. There was always available free parking for our rental car and it was easy to get to from the air port.
Positives: Quality rooms for a great price, many things to do on site, glad it was off the strip.
Negatives: The room did not have a refrigerator.

Extremely nice staff, very helpful, and friendly. Very nice and clean room for the price. They had a lot of things to do there! The buffet was excellent, they had sports grills, and a theater and an arcade for kids. A very convenient stay!
Positives: A lot to do, great buffet and restaurants, nice clean rooms, movie theatre. Best place to stay!
Negatives: I loved everything about this hotel.

The attractiveness of the room was great and clean. However there were a few things we were not told when we were checking in. First, you have to show a security guard your key before you are allowed on the elevator. Secondly, we were given a room at the end a very long hall that seemed a mile long. In addition, the two keys we were given did not work all the time and we had to call our other room guest for their key.
Positives: The swimming pools were great as well as the attractiveness of the room
Negatives: We were booked a room at the very end of hall with one elevator in the middle.

My purpose for visiting Las Vegas was to pick up airport travelers. This hotel is convenient, off the strip so not so rushed and crowded, the staff is most helpful and friendly and the hotel has a large variety of restaurants to fit any taste.
Positives: The convenience, the friendly staff & the atmosphere.
Negatives: Can't think of anything.

The hotel was very nice (have stayed at this hotel before). Rooms were large and comfortable, and the location was good. Staff was helpful. Would stay at this hotel again.
Positives: Clean, large rooms, safe, good location, affordable.
Negatives: Parking was often a very long walk from the elevator/room.

For the one night I was there it was a very pleasant experience, the food was ample in the cafe.
Positives: The style of the hotel was very nice.
Negatives: Drinks were a tad short compared to other hotels.

The Orleans is a good value. The staff is competent and very courteous. Rooms are well-appointed and comfortable mini-suites. Internet is overpriced at $13 a day. Bellmen were particularly good at what they do asking all the right questions and having the answers.
Positives: Staff was helpful, courteous and adaptive. From the valet, bellman, front desk all good.
Negatives: Needed a fridge for the price, internet way overpriced!

Negatives: There is nothing that I did not like.

Negatives: Outdoor Parking,.

The parking was located what seemed like a mile away. I was not prepared to see cocktail waitresses so untidy dressed. To be honest with you, I was afraid to sleep on the sheets and did not have a good nights sleep. I will not ever stay there again.
Positives: The clerk was helpful and understanding when registering.
Negatives: Bad atmosphere, definitely a more adult place, the parking was way out of the way and the shuttle to the airport wasn't provide.

The rooms were clean and spacious. I did not like the $5 a day charge applied to your room for in room coffee, ten minute internet access, etc.
Positives: Clean spacious rooms.
Negatives: They added a $5 daily charge to cover in room coffee, etc.

The Orleans was beautiful, friendly, fun and overall wonderful. It was reasonably priced and since it has a free shuttle to the strip I would definitely stay here again! In my opinion, you can't go wrong at the Orleans!
Positives: It had a very nice and fun atmosphere. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable!
Negatives: Nothing!
