We have 40 feet of lake frontage with a dock available for guests to bring their own boat. The house is located within minutes of Greenville and Stanton, Michigan. Derby Lake is 118 acres with 87 feet being the deepest. Derby Lake is an all recreational lake which is excellent for swimming, fishing, and water skiing. Property features include 40 feet of lake frontage with a 30 foot dock. You may park your boat at the dock if desired. Lawn chairs are available on two decks attached to the back of the house. The lake area in the back of the house has a beautiful sandy bottom which gradually drops off past the end of the dock.

Our swimming area goes from two to about 5-1/2 feet deep by the end of the dock.
