The location was good. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable. Breakfast was bare bones. The staff was nice. Pretty good value for a "thin-towel" motel.

Positives: It was no frills but a good value. I felt safe and it was comfortable.

Negatives: Breakfast had no nutritive value. No fruit or yogurt, just crabs. Lousy coffee.

Nice hotel if you are a man traveling alone. It is cheap but the rooms are very dirty. I would not recommend using the hotels bedding as it clearly had not been washed in a while. Very convenient to hospital though. Area is a little sketching but I did not have any problems. Car was fine parked outside. Breakfast was basically bagels and coffee.

Positives: It was right across the street from William Beaumont hospital.

Negatives: Room was really dirty and traffic was extremely loud.

It wasn't too bad of a place considering the price, but the room had an odor of urine, and everything seemed a little dirty. Several of the outlets didn't seem to work, and one of the light fixtures didn't work. Overall, the room was a little run down and not terribly clean.

Positives: The staff was very friendly and courteous.

Negatives: The room didn't smell very well, and was not very clean.

I would definitely stay there again. It provided everything we needed for a one night stay. We even got to see a preview of the Dream Cruise on Woodward Ave.

Positives: Conveniently located, great value, quiet.

Negatives: Stains on the ceiling-needs painting.

Nice, secluded rooms, plenty of parking, close to Detroit - would definitely stay here again!

Positives: It was like a mini apartment, the fridge was huge. Big closet too.

Negatives: They knocked too early for cleaning services (11am)

We kept on getting prank call or so I thought in the beginning. The person on the other line kept threatening us saying that we were going to die and that we were as they said it "crackwhores" staying at the "crack hotel." When we the told the front desk they said that they could put a do not disturb on the phone so that no one could call in, but we were still getting phone call from what sounded like the same person the next morning and they would not stop.

Positives: The room had a refrigerator.

Negatives: We were receiving prank calls all night long and nothing could be done to stop it.

Clean, quiet, great value for the price these days! Pleasant room with a fireplace for the continental breakfast.

Positives: Didn't have to check out until noon. Clean and quiet.

Negatives: Couldn't regulate the heat. Slept with the bathroom window open, too hot!
