The location was great, the room size was more than I expected, staff was helpful, breakfast was enjoyable with lots of choices. we will stay here again.
Positives: Our room was spacious; location was easy to get to shopping areas.
Negatives: While the pool was warm, it could have been a bit bigger.

Room is standard but very clean and seemed on the newer side. It was fantastic that the whole place was smoke-free. Nice selection for continental breakfast (they have a waffle maker). Convenient location.
Positives: Hotel is 100% smoke-free.

First I did not stay at this hotel. I canceled it with you because it was a smoke free hotel & this was not mentioned on the site. Instead I booked with you the Hampton Inn.
Positives: Clean, comfortable, friendly.
Negatives: I did not stay at the Fairmont instead I stayed at the Hampton Inn.

Very close to border. Front desk staff very helpful when it came to directing to restaurants and shopping. Room was nice, clean and loved the whirlpool. Too bad I didnt use it as much as I wanted. To me here is the bonus. Housekeeping didnt knock and pester to clean the room. Bonus!

Negatives: Cosmetic Silicone Caulking around Whirlpool. And where was the ice?

Very helpful staff that went out of their way to answer our questions about the area. The rooms were clean and well kept.
