Rooms are Beautiful, Clean, and Large. If the room had a Flat Screen TV it would be a 3 or 3.5 Star.

Positives: Large Clean Rooms!

Hotel was clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good with lots of choices.

Positives: It was clean and the room was spacious, It also came with a refrigerator and a microwave!

Negatives: Was only there one night, didn't stay long enough to find out if there was any negative things.

A pretty good hotel, if you're a smoker. If you're not, well, our non-smoking room was thick with that perfume spray, they use to try to mask the odor. In fact, the whole non-smoking hallway had that same perfume smell. They must have just recently tried to convert those rooms to non-smoking. The swimming pool was out of service for maintenance (though it still had water in it). The breakfast bar was nice, the location is good, the room was reasonably appointed with a mini-fridge and microwave, again, a nice place (for smokers).

Positives: Easy access, generally pleasant hotel, good breakfast, but.

Negatives: Non-smoking rooms had obviously been smoked in.

I hope I do not ever have to stay at this hotel again. This hotel was the absolute worst! I bet the pool still is not fixed. The staff had their children sitting down in the lobby, I mean about 10 people sitting around. There were children camped out, sleeping on the sofa in the lobby. It was ridiculous!

Positives: The location.

Negatives: The staff, the pool was broken, and the smell.

Upon arrival I asked if there were any hockey tournaments or parties going on in the hotel and was told that there was a party that would not affect us. When we got into our bed, the springs were sticking out of the mattress. It was the most uncomfortable bed I had ever slept in. The party people were on our floor and were in the hallway for several hours smoking. We had to stuff towels under our door due to the heavy amount of smoke entering our room. We were pranked and at one point were called in the middle of the night from the front desk telling us to keep the noise down and that they received a complaint advising we were noisy. We were actually trying to sleep. Upon complaining the next morning to the front desk we received an apology for the late call and then were told that our mattress was next to be thrown into the dumpster that day as they were replacing all the mattresses. Our plans to continue our Christmas shopping were ruined. We headed back home so that we could get some sleep.

Positives: Close to shopping mall and restaurants.

Negatives: Bed was extremely uncomfortable.

When I got there, they said no 3rd party payments, and had to pay them, hoping my credit card wasn't used twice.

Besides the Pool and Exercise rooms being inadequate (The water temp was cold!), the lobby and especially the room were moderately clean. There was Dust on the TV furniture and the heating vent accumulated water on top and froze and then melted as the room got warmer! Also the microwave did not pop the popcorn?

Positives: Easy access to eating/shopping. Nice Continental Breakfast.

Negatives: Small pool area and exercise room with inadequate equipment.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The reason: one of the rooms was checked out early and I was charged the regular rate for two of the nights and no attempts to change this was made, Then one of rooms received no room service at all for the entire stay. Also the employee at the desk was usually out side the front door smoking and you would have to wait for them to finish smoking. I have stayed at other Best Westerns and never had this poor of service.

Positives: I liked the beds were comfortable and having a microwave oven and refrigerator.

Negatives: The room service was not good only had certain times of the day they would clean the room.

The rooms were clean when we came, but no housekeeping was done to some of our parties rooms during stay. When requesting clean towels, we were told to bring dirty ones to desk. They check out one of the rooms "by accident" and then charged a higher rate and would not correct their error. Rather than extend stay, we left to another hotel in the area.

Positives: Comfortable beds, microwave & refrigerator in room.

Negatives: Staff, didn't clean rooms during stay, they changed rate room charge.
