The room was dirty, the door mechanism was very loud when the door was opened, the bathroom was in need of maintenance - flapper valve leaked, toilet was noisy, shower curtain needed to be replaced, and the room smelled like it needed the carpets cleaned. I only stayed because I got in so late on arrival and I knew Id not be in the room that much.

Positives: The location was almost perfect for this trip.

Negatives: It was 'seedy', poorly maintained, poor housekeeping.
