Reeked of urine, Toilet quit working, had to pay for a hotel room, was never reimbursed. NOT two bedroom TV quit working. Nightmare. We almost had my Mother in Law come, I would have been embarassed to have her stay there.

Negatives: Couches reeked, toilet quit working, dirty bath tub.
