Great location and good priced...but that doesn't amount to anything if you are treated poorly. Owners never gave us a copy of rules, never told us check out time and next morning came to campsite and asked us to leave and told us never to come back because they said drinking at campfire with kids around was inappropriate. Apparently, they had noise complaints even though nobody came to our site to ask us to please keep it down or anything. Then instead of actually coming and asking us what went on just told us to leave and that behavior like that made us not welcome.

Negatives: Micro-management by owners and lack or respect to talk to paying quests about complaints will make it to where I will never want to come to your establishment again anyways!!

The owners seem to have a set of rules of their own. It depends on who you talk to as to what rules you get. They are very overly managed. Not to mention they charge you for every little thing. And knocking on your door for what you may owe.
You don't dare set outside by the fire n have a drink with family n friends without the getting trouble. The way they talk to you is as if you where a child.
People are there on vacation to laugh, have fun and relax. Not worry about what they can or can't do.

Negatives: The showers are small and dirty. Not mention there is only two. In the mensroom showers are not even finished. They are made of plywood. My son was afraid to shower in it. The toilet paper is loose leaf and never any paper towels.
