We have rented this cottage for three years and have enjoyed each one of our stays. The place is close to the water, close to the village of Lexington and very cozy inside. The owners are very nice and live in the area so they are accessible too. Highly rate this place!

Positives: Spacious, fenced in yard for pets, close to the water and the village of Lexington, very affordable.

Negatives: Wifi would be nice as well as updated appliances. Not a negative, just a suggestion.
