This home has a large, fully-equipped modern kitchen with peninsula countertop and seating, adjoining a conservatory and formal dining room, a large, L-shaped living room with fireplace, and an expansive, wraparound deck and patio overlooking the lake. The south facing conservatory adjoins a patio, partially shaded by white pines. The lot features mature maples, oaks, and pines, as well as some of the largest Sassafras trees in Michigan. A walkway leads to a lower deck, also overlooking the beach and waterfront.
