This hotel has bed bugs! My entire family woke up with little sores! We addressed it with the general manager, who's English was terrible and he said he would compensate us with a free night stay. I'm not coming back to be another living buffet! Rates are outrageous too. On check-in, they told us that any extra wristbands to the watermark, are $20 each! The staff is sort of nice, but everything else is a pain.
Positives: Girl behind the desk was nice.
Negatives: Bed bugs and management.

It is a great hotel if you have a family the water park is amazing, but if you want peace and quiet or to sleep in the morning this is not the place for you. Lots of kids running around at all times of the night.
Positives: Breakfast was awesome.
Negatives: It was very noisy with all the kids running around.

This hotel exceeded my expectations for any Holiday Inn. The bed was amazing along with the room amenities (minus no room service, mini bar or ATM). I had a 13 year old, 11 year old, and a 1 year old and they all had equal amounts of fun.
Positives: I really enjoyed the pool area, although $20 for a bracelet to get in is a bit over priced.
Negatives: I would've loved there to be room service but you get what you pay for. There also wasn't an ATM in the hotel which I found a bit odd.

It was a nice looking hotel with a great looking waterpark, but if you have little kids that can't swim on their own, don't bother staying here! You can't go down the waterslide with your child and they can't go down alone unless they pass a swim test! My kids were a little cold at one point so I told them to put their feet in the hot tub and warm up a little! The lifeguard let us know that was dangerous, still don't understand that one!
