Room was overall OK. Could've been a little bit cleaner, but not bad for a 2 star.

Positives: Very close to highway, but quiet.

Negatives: No pool.

Excellent, moderately priced hotel with free breakfast and convenient to main roads and all attractions and shopping in this suburban area.

Positives: Excellent room and free breakfast.

Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. Location was excellent with nearness to highway and lots of places to eat within walking distance. Continental breakfast was as expected, fresh fruit, muffins, cereal, juice, coffee, tea, oatmeal, bagels, and waffles.

Positives: Easy access to the highway and continental breakfast supplied.

Negatives: Would like to be able to access movies on the TV for a reasonable cost.

The hotel was just fine. It was very quiet and not far from the expressway.

Positives: Room was very clean.

Negatives: The chairs were small could have use high back chairs and also could have had a recliner or similar chair.

The hotel was nothing fancy, but it was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and even let me switch to a smoking room after we got there. The breakfast was very good; many choices, clean, and very good waffle mix.

Positives: The complimentary breakfast was very good; well stocked and clean.

Negatives: The hotel was farther from Twelve Oaks Mall than I anticipated, but it worked out okay.

I had very simple needs on this one night trip. The hotel was just right for us - clean, good location and price and free breakfast. That's all I needed.

Positives: Location and free breakfast.

Negatives: No pool - but not needed this time.

Found the location to be excellent as we were visiting relatives close by. The interior was well maintained and the room was very nice. The staff acted in a professional manner.

This was a very nice 2 star hotel. It far exceeded my expectations for a 2 star hotel. It was very well maintained and the staff were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. If I find myself in the area again, I will definitely stay there again.

Positives: Excellent quality for a 2 star rating, very clean, nice staff.

The price I got was $12 under the advertised rate on the hotels outside sign.

Indifferent staff - cot in room was fleabag, getting extra towels, and pillows was a chore.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Service was very quick from the time the call was placed from the request of more towels or a couple more pillows. The hotel on the whole was very clean aside from the boxes of tiles that were sitting at the end of the hall and a few chairs and bedside tables one would not know that they were remodeling. The only downside (other then no pool) was that the walls let sound travel into other rooms. With a whole wedding party and their guest in hotel with us and not being able to go to sleep until midnight due to their noise and then being awoken at 3am when their party moved back into the room next to ours.

Positives: Quick service for towels and pillows.

Negatives: Party in next room, thin walls, made for a long at time sleepless night.
