This historic hotel has some beautiful rooms and some tiny ones. Very erratic. Two adults were originally given a "single" room with one narrow bed. Fortunately, the staff was very obliging and changed us to a room with a queen bed, but it would be very awkward for 2 adults who did not wish to share a bed. Another couple in our group was also given a "single" but then changed to a room with 2 beds. If we had had to stay in the single rooms, our rating would have been very poor.
Positives: Very helpful staff.
Negatives: Room very small and crowded; no TV program listing.

Great room, comfortable bed, updated bath didn't like that you couldn't run the fan-got a bit stuffy in the middle of the night.
Positives: Location, size of room and comfort of bed.
Negatives: Noise in hallway.

Definite upgrade from the old Dearborn Inn. Valet parking was not the greatest and signage left something to be desired.
Positives: Efficient staff.
Negatives: Small bath room.

This is my first use of Priceline.com and I have recommended you to everyone I know. The hotel far exceeded out expectations in every way.
Positives: The beautifully landscaped public grounds, the lobby, all public areas.
Negatives: The first night our room was extremely small but we were moved the next day.

The Hotel is beautiful, however it is hard to use a cell phone in the room, the connection was bad. The bed was too small and too soft. I asked for a room switch and they said all their beds are the same, but they could bring in a bed board. That was somewhat helpful. I also expected a small in room fridge, but there was none.
Positives: Location and convenience.
Negatives: The Bed too soft, they remedied this with a bed board.

We have stayed here before and it is our number one choice of places to stay. The staff are so friendly and make everyone feel so special-right down to the life-guards. It is a lovely place and no one should have a negative comment to voice about this hotel.
Positives: The staff are so accomodating and the Bell Boys were so efficent and friendly young men. The pool is heated to a perfect temperature. Beds are great.
Negatives: We only got to stay for two nights and I would have stayed for a week if I could have done so.

I loved this hotel. The room service was timely, the fitness facility was awesome and the rooms were very spacious and well maintained. I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy more of the amenities. I liked that the menu catered to those seeking low fat, low cholesterol, or low carbohydrate. The only thing that I didn't enjoy were two of the entrées I had - the steak was really fatty and chewy and the cornflake encrusted French toast was burned. But the side items that accompanied both were fine.
Positives: I loved the decor and ambiance!
Negatives: The food fell short of the quality that I expected.

Did not like being in the Burbank building. Remote from main building and had to drive to restaurant. Did not like driving to main building to get door key fixed on Friday night.
Positives: Room was great.
Negatives: Did not like location of room in out building.

The Dearborn Inn was very elegant and regal. It was updated, with a flat screen television and luxurious hotel linens, but maintained all of the wonderful historical elements that made it special when it was built. The rooms were a bit small, but that's the way they were built historically.
Positives: Very elegant and regal.
Negatives: Small room.

This is an old building so if you are expecting "flash", you would not find it here. You find a historical, almost Georgian style, hotel that absolutely does come with all the amenities.
Positives: Loved the warmth of the hotel staff and welcoming feel of the lobby.
Negatives: A little off the "beaten path".

The hotel is beautiful, it definitely has an atmosphere and it's an experience to stay here! The only thing we didn't like is that the room we got was better suitable for one person than for two, for two it was quite tight. Unfortunately, the hotel was full and the rooms they offered us instead were worse looking than ours.
Positives: Beautiful hotel with an atmosphere.
Negatives: The room we had was somewhat small, too small for two people.

I enjoyed the Dearborn Inn. It is quaint and clean, and luxurious. The staff was friendly. It is convenient to the airport and shopping. Also, the Dearborn Inn does not charge for parking. That is a plus. The rooms are small and they charge for WiFi. Not enough to keep us from returning.
Positives: That they were able to keep the historic theme and couple that with luxury.
Negatives: The rooms were small. And they charge for WiFi.

I would never stay at this hotel because the colonial rooms are in really bad condition.
Positives: The hotel lobby and location are excellent.
Negatives: The colonial rooms are very bad quality.

Very clean, classy and the staff was wonderful. The work out room was state of the art. The beds were like sleeping on clouds. I definitely want to stay at the Dearborn Inn again.
Positives: The historic feel of the hotel and knowing the history behind it.
Negatives: No WiFi.

The hotel is reflective of the area. It is Henry Ford. I was pleasantly surprised as we pulled up to the front door. The building and grounds are beautiful. I had concerns about the quality and comfort of the rooms because of the building's age but they were unfounded. The room was a bit on the small side but very comfortable, clean and quiet. Perhaps more so than I've experienced in a hotel. The hotel is welcoming and the staff is very attentive and courteous. The hotel hosted four weddings during the three days we were there and I understand why. The grounds are beautiful and conducive to romantic occasions. The meeting rooms and ballroom appear to be very nice. It is very close to the Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village. I would stay there again.
Positives: Historic building with clean, quiet and comfortable rooms, nice common areas and nice eateries.
Negatives: Bathrooms in the rooms are small, clean, efficient and nicely appointed but not luxurious. The age of the structure is my guess for the reason.

We enjoyed our stay, the convenience of location, quiet, clean, etc.
Positives: Convenient to Henry Ford Museums.
Negatives: Front door to building would not lock. Window lock was broken. Room door stuck.
